I was at this Location today staff was very helpful the Lady her name is Supreet helped me was very patient with me it was my first time at this store highly recommend all my friends.

The most rude fido store I have ever been to. The store manager is completely disrespectful and shouldn’t work in ANY STORE OR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE place. She even lacks the manners to be in a society. She was completely disrespectful and not understanding. Fido, do your self a favour and find a new store manager. Avoid this store at all costs.

Sonjay helped my sister and I out this morning for almost 2 hours. His professionalism, patience, and efficiency gave him the name Superman Sonjay! He was on the phone with customer support the whole time trying to help us as best as possible and we all know how tedious speaking to customer support can be. I can’t vouch for the other Fido associates but Sonjay is definitely the guy to see! Thank you so much once again for all your support

Very disappointed by the level of service they offer. I subscribed to the Home Internet today, got a modem and some sheets of paper with my details, however they didn't create a Fido account. As a result I spent 1 hour (!) on the phone with Fido customer support who completed my order and created an account for me.

I went there to get a new plan with fido, however, their customer service is disastrous. When I asked to get the plan that is on their website, the front lady told me she could not find the plan and I could leave to go to another store or try a different company. I insisted if she could ask one of her colleagues, and she reacted "you don't have to be here you can go to another store, " however, her colleague came to help me; I was told, the plan is on the first page of their website. While he was trying to help the situation - right before the manager came out (with that attitude, cracking her fingers) she told me "pertinent resistance is not a work permit in my store, and I don't think you should be allowed to even get a job. "

A manager must always be professional and strive to assist customers rather than (ruthlessly) disregarding government laws to favour her friends.

Disappointed with the way they treat a new customer and I hope the company sends help - immediately - to this failing location before they lose any more clients.

I went to the store and asked about phone plan and they just send me across the street to Loblaws. Then I'm not sure why they have a store here. The two girls there are no help.

Rob was absolutely terrible!

Rushed here from Orléans straight after work, only for him to turn me down on getting a new phone and starting up a new line because they were closing in 6 minutes. As soon as I approached the door, he immediately walked outside and blocked the front door, and even recommended that I go online to look for an iPhone Pro 11 in 512GB that’s not even available.

So much for customer service Fido!
Going straight to another provider for that matter.

I went to fido Because my phone wasn't working properly and they fixed it in about 10 seconds. Excellent service and wonderful staff

So I had to return my internet modem to Fido and I was already at College Square. I got there with my wife and god what a horrible customer service we had. First the guy (Looked like Indian) was very cold. We tried to return and all he told is was "Do you have the account number? ", at this point I really could not remember it and he was insisting that they need the account number. I later called fido and told them what happened and they were surprised themselves because he could have easily pulled the account up using my full name or even my phone number as I am alreay a Fido customer, and the best of the best I had to take out my phone and call fido in front of him, quite sarcastic as I am already at the fido store, like dude why didnt you take my place and I would be the agent. So anyway we stood there on the phone waiting while the guy is getting his food from skip the dishes. Finally I had the idea of looking into my phone because I remember taking a picture of my account number long time ago and thank god I had it. We felt so humiliated that day that we kept talking about it till we got home. Hopefully someone see this review.

Stephanie was very helpful to us today (57 and 83 yrs old). Very patient with us knowing our minimal understanding of how locked out cells work. Kudos hun!

I bought an IPhone 8 there and when I used them for the first time, only one side of the earphones was working. All of a sudden they completely stop working when I would go on an app while using them. Won’t be buying a product from there anymore

Customer reps are very nice, but can't offer service to Fido clients in-store due to the company's policy.
