In November 2022 they advertised 39.99 dollars for 24 months with 20 gigs data and unlimited Text. Seemed a good plan and I fell for it. Today I accidentally went to store to update the phone and I found out they cheated and plan was for 18 months. Isabella told me that I am mistaken.

Don’t let these professionals set up your phone. And it is better to get a phone through Fido directly. Not this store for sure, very unprofessional

The girl was shopping for shoes online on the store computer I had to ask if she is available when she answered yes.like she hates being there and then she gave me a horrible deal on Boxing Day! It wasn’t even a deal and then she said there is nothing I can do for you
It’s the second time I tried to buy a new phone with no success.

Had a great experience at this Fido location during the black Friday sales event - Miko was awesome, she helped both my partner and I pick phones/plans and was generally very lovely to work with. Thank you Miko for all your help throughout the process!

I am an existing Fido customer, missed the Black Friday deal, so I went to the store today and the sales representative name Ife who help to find the best deal/plan for us with professional customer service, he been so patient with us and help us to set up the new air pods. Highly recommend. +AAA

I have been a Fido customer for years and I have to say that this location is absolutely AMAZING! In particular Sogand. Sogand has to be the most knowledge and patient sales person I have ever met. She explained everything for me and tried to help me to solve the issues I had on my account.

Rude and Racist employee! I was in yesterday and had a very frustruating experience with an employee named "Sogand". First of all she did not acknowledge us when we walked in eventhough there was no one in the store she pretended to work on her system and we literally had to call twice for her to address us. She had 0 interst in helping me and was annoyed to even login to my account. If you dont wana work stay home why are u wasting people time? She went on and on and gave me wrong information multiple time and completely wasted my time and I had to leave the store frustruated! She has no manners, poor customer service and is the most unprofesional employee I have ever met. If this place has a manager they need to seriously look into this employee as she ruins the reputation of Fido and just bevause of her me and my friends are goinh to switch from fido!
