Elias was amazing! I went into Fido to price out monthly costs and I liked him so much, I signed up for a plan. Elias was patient and knowledgeable and very personable. After I got home, I had a question, Elias called me back and dealt with it. I'm so impressed!

Meet "Zach" the Worst Customer service rep.
I went there for a modem swap today, the Guy called "Zach" he don't know how to pull account using customer phone number or name.he need the exact account number else he wont service you. He is a guy with bad attitude.after some of his irritating talks, i decided leave there and to swap the modem with other store. When i asked to give my modem back he retuned the modem package with out the power cable.when i asked for the power cable he said its not necessary and after my strong demand he returned the power cable.
Later i went to another store and found that this guy cancelled the entire modem swap i managed to get from a tech specialist with whome i spent over half n hr over phone troubleshooting.
I will never visit this store again.and deciding to switch fido
