Fido

Popped in for new phones. Staff was very patient and courteous. Very happy with the service.

I am absolutely thrilled to break up with fido after 23 years of using their service. What I have concluded is that fido does not care about existing business and only interested in retaining new business. The greediness of cell phone providers is unreal in Canada and Fido is a front runner. And this location, I came to get a new phone and the 2 employees there couldn't seem more disinterested in helping me and their proposed offer would be paying over 100$ a month including 8 (yes only 8) gigs of data. Please don't be fooled, they may have appealing perks but only for new customer, not existing ones.

Literally walked across the city through the snow to pick up my phone that i was told on the phone would be ready that evening to be met by a “sorry we closed early today - staff and management” not on the door an hour before they were supposed to close.

Adam was incredible and he was a joy to talk to and helpped me greatly with all my issues even tho I didn't get a phone

I ported my two Sim card from Roger to Fido. It's my first time visit and I get most welcoming services from Elizabeth. She have more patience and explained everything with details nicely.
There were another representative her name is Nicosia if I am not wrong. She was sweet amd helpful two.

Made me wait outside in COLD when there was another chair to be waited inside. Such a shame on you FIDO. Was there to buy a plan, left because nobody opened the door
