I just went to Westdale fido Mississauga and was greeted by Komal.

The best thing about this store is the great customer service. The staff, Jaspreet was very knowledgeable about the different plans and was able to answer all of my questions. She was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Great customer service by Ms. Jaspreet (Jas). She was alone manning the booth but dealt with each and every customer like a pro always polite and smiling. When I was waiting she instructed me to write down the details of the accounts to be transferred over. This helped save time for everyone and made her job easier too. In between she was also helping another customer with setting up a new phone. Overall a great experience that stands out in my memory that started with a facebook advt.by Ms. Komal who filled me with all details prior to my trip to the store. She was also kind enough to arrange an appointment in her absence so I would be in good hands when I arrived. I highly recommend this store if anyone is looking to switch over to Fido.

Beware! Please do not ever go to this store! They seems Friendly but they are Fraud! Girl name KOMAL, tried to sell me Protection plan of fido by saying it will save me from overcharge. Which is a complete lie and misguiding, they can lie anything to sell product to make commission.
I request everyone please, please save your self from lavishing fraud she offers.
