I returned my internet modem here today and despite the number of people inside, the staff knew who came first and serve each one in the same order as they entered the store. Staff keeps reminding everyone of this order which is too bad for this couple who’s ready to jump the line thinking they’ll be accommodated first just because they’re standing around near the counter.

Very helpful staff that assisted me from the beginning to end of my purchase. Ash, a representative in the store, was particularly accommodating and assisted me every step of the way!

I don't normally write reviews but I cannot just stand around idly when there has been a gross misrepresentation of a store that offers the highest level of service I've ever seen in my 10 years in Canada.

A huge reason for this is the great management team they have here. The managers Farzam and Moe have trained all their staff to explain contracts and agreements before having customers sign and the document clearly shows what charges to expect on the next bill so there will be no confusion.

I understand that people have busy lives and forget things, and that's totally fine but to leave a negative review because you were the one who forgot is just not right.

Besides the managers Farzam and Moe always working hard to make sure every customer leaves with a smile on their face, I would like to give special mentions to Hamza and Devon as well whom I've dealt with for a few years. These two gentlemen are always so jolly and their positive energy is contagious. This is no doubt thanks to the great leadership they have at this store.

I could go on forever about my positive experiences in this store but I highly recommend you come and see for yourselves. You will be amazed by the quality of service you receive here.

We went to Fido store at Fairview Mall yesterday. (Feb 28 2023) for some cell phone business for our sister who is in hospital.
We were shockingly surprised recieving AAA VIP services from the store manager to all of her staff.
Special thanks and appreciations to Ms. Nadia G.who is definitely a valuable asset in the store.
She has tons of patience even though we are not at all familiar with the cell phone jargons.
She listened with enthusiasm and offered to help wholeheartedly.

Stay away from fido, no Internet for 1 week, two technician came. One of the tech. Give me extra modern. I cancelled the service because i can not wait. Today i spend more than 2 hour to returned the equipment to them. Customer service told me return to any fido store So i went to one of it and they told me only the corporate fido store accept the return (like inside the mall). So i went to fairview mall. And them they told me they only accept one. Ask me to call the service center! Stay away!
