I was having a hard time getting my modem sent to my house. I was on the phone with Fido for about 2 hours, only to be told a technician wasn’t going to go my place and install a modem. I attended the stockyards location. I was greeted by Simran &Rishita, they were great. They set me up with my modem and went about and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this location.

On March 26,2023, I went to this fido store to have them transfer my phone information from a iPhone to a Google phone. The fido employee told me he couldn't do it because my iPhone was to old, and I would need a technician to transfer my info, so I went home, learned by myself, a 60 year old, how to transfer my information. It wasn't a problem. The problem is that this was the second time I went to this location and the lack of help seams to be a recurring issue. Perhaps, this is due to a lack of training?

They have a wide selection of mobile devices and plans, as well as helpful and knowledgeable staff. The store's at a convenient location and competitive pricing. Overall, this store seem to be a solid choice for those in the market for a new mobile device or plan.

The experience i had at this location was great. HET, the manager, Rajan, Faye and Zeel, helped me not only get my phone, but solve the issues i had.they are very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond.best customer service i had in the mobile place.

Very dissatisfied customer. Fido advertised giving a 120$ credit for accessories. This an incentive that drew me to signing with Fido. I was informed by an employee at this store that the credit does not expire, and that it goes towards accessories. Come to find out recently that it was a credit only valid for a few days and that the credit was to finance accessories. Completely misinformed customers.

Zeel was very busy at the store, the only person there, with people coming in constantly. She remained totally calm and capable, serving multiple customers at once when needed! Patient and upbeat, giving good feedback, explanations and good mood and positive energy! Accomplished exactly what I needed, to load data from one phone to another. Congratulations!

They wont sell you a phone outright; they want you to switch or move your plan despite having an account with Fido already.

Never receieve proper customer service. They wont even try figuring out a plan that works for you.
