I visited the Fido store yesterday and had an excellent experience thanks to Sunshine's help. She went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect iPhone deals for me. Her knowledge and expertise were impressive, and she patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I appreciated her honesty and transparency throughout the process, which made me feel confident in my decision to purchase. Iphone 15 plus. Overall, I highly recommend this store and Sunshine's exceptional customer service.

Came in today to get new phones with my family. Assistant Manager named Chris was a big help and was overall really kind and patient with a great sense of humour. Would recommend this specific store for amazing customer service.

Fantastic service by Kasam! He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and very helpful. I suggest asking for this customer service rep when going to this store. He was very helpful and sincere in wanting to help get the best deals that worked for me.

Rogers store in the mall refused me to give service to me as they are dealer and apparently "not having access". They sent me to this store and agents here at the Fido store went above and beyong and helped me with my Rogers issue and service. Very patient and helpful. I can see the difference between corporate stores and dealers.

Great customer service at the Promenade Fido store. In particular, a shout-out to Bardia the store manager. He answered all my questions authoritatively and expertly troubleshooted the issue I was having with my phone. Very happy with my experience!

If you looking for most perfessional costumer care just go there.i rich there at 7: 30 pm and they should close befor 8 pm.but the manager who was realy patients and helfull stant until 8: 40 just for resolve my issue about modem swapping. Eventhough his colleague was polite and waiting for those hours and still patient. I realy appreciate guys you are amazing.

Worst of the worst. After several years of being Fido's costumer, today was the worst experience ever. " zero" costumer service, representative was " Mel" and Manager was Taylor". Both ignored the service that we asked for, and particularly the young lady " Mel" was impolite, unprofessional, ignorant, and without enough knowledge about what she is doing. Hiring people like these two guys will destroy even a well-known brand and business! Head office needs to care more about loyal costumers!

Been with Fido several years, both in BC and ON, and today was my best in-store experience. Nikita and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure i was entirely satisfied and dealt with everything promptly and efficiently. Today positively reaffirmed my choice to be with Fido.
