We went to the Fido kiosk to upgrade my wife's phone. Noor explained the deal available, and I updated mine as well. She is very efficient, solves problems, checks details, gets you all set up on your new phone, and does it in the most pleasant manner. We left feeling great about our purchases.

This is the first time I've ever had my own phone plan and phone and Noor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very polite and respectful through the whole process. She made the process easy for me.

I was in trouble a little. I wanted a better cheaper plan because I was paying too much. I called customer service and also visited fido centre a lot of times but nobody guided properly. Then I met Zoya mam. She did everything on her own to change my plan and all. I also paid less for my new sim because of her. I definitely recommend to contact her whenever you need help because she is kind, helpful and competent.

My wife and I had our phones upgraded at the fido kiosk in Brantford.
We were attended to by Noor and Avi, and I must say that the level of service and attention given us was very much appreciated. They explained the plans clearly and showed great knowledge of the products.
They exercised great patience and worked out all the glitches in setting up our new phones!

Worst service…not helpful at all.

I lost my phone and sim in it so in emergency i went to this store. Operator asked unnecessary questions and 2 pieces of id to get a new sim. No any other store ever treated me like this.i went to other store and they asked only one id.

Noor, working at the fido booth is very helping and understanding Customer service Representative. I appreciate her efforts to spent her quality time to resolve my problem with the phone protection plan Meanwhile explaining everything that she was doing. I have never in my life met someone in sales that was so compassionate and had such empathy for her customers.
