The best customer experience I ever had with Akanksha. It is because of this type of customer service I chose be with fido for over 20 years.

Told them multiple times I need to top up my phone remotely as I won't have access to any shops while in Canada, they recommend an overpriced pay as you go plan, still can't top it up remotely as they only accept Canadian credit cards

I got my Fido sim from Toronto airport through Mr. Dilpreet. He helped us through the process very easy and explained the plans very well suited according to the customer needs and we got our sim within five mins.

Worst service by Fido.they do false commitments and make you fool.
For me, they committed that i will get 1000 international minutes along with my contract but they didn't added in my contract and i am charged for 38$ for this. And Fido customer service denied to waive off as this is contract issue
