Horrible services! After did all set up they said they don't accept cash and treated me really bad

Went there to get a SIM card 5 days ago. Guy said I need bank account to get it and I had to return. But in the other store they didn’t ask anything about my bank account. I don’t know why is he in customer service if not interested to sale.
