Never had a problem with Fido customer service at this location, till I decided to go to the states, I dropped by the store to make sure everything is fine, only to be sold on a Rogers credit card that supposedly will give me rewards towards my Fido account. And to my surprise is to find out, when the bill came that I get no rewards from Rogers as they are completely separate. Ty Fido Aurora.
Today, Feb 04,2024, received my bill after a year with Fido, to find out that the 2 year they sold me, doesn't extend past year, and my cost doubled. Will look for a better more honest provider.

I am going to report this store. If I can rate them 0 star. I called in the morning and asked if they have in stock the most current home internet modem, so I can replace my old one. (I was told by CS to check with the store.) So I called and they said yes they have in stock but they won't give it to me because those are for new customers. I have to call the techs to ship me a new one. I called several times, was told by 2 CS and 2 tech persons, that I HAVE to go to the store. So I called the store again and told them the case, and that same person all of a sudden said they don't actually have a modem, it's out of stock. I am truly speechless. How HARD (or easy) would it be just to exchange a modem? I am not a trouble customer at all. I just want to exchange for a new one and I am eligible to?

5 star is for Charles he is patient and professional. He is the only one who was working and the family before me took 45 mins (they seems hv a complete situation). I can tell Charles is already very tired but he hold up professionally. He explained everything clear and patiently and help me with the registration and activation. There’s another family waiting after me. I Hope Fido can provide more support for front line staff.

Michael S and Evan were amazing and helped me out to get a new activation with a brand new phone, and were very patient. Would definitely recommend this amazing Fido and Roger's location to everyone. Thank you Michael S, and Evan!

Very poor customer service, I had 2 times issues with this location!
Don’t suggest. Very disrespectful, they should be trained.

I came to this Fido last week to return my home internet modem. I cancelled on Fido chat two nights prior and they told me to mail it or return to a store. I thought a store was faster and boy was I wrong. I get to the store and am greeted by a boy who seemed no older than 18. He looks up my account and says it isn't cancelled and I need to call Fido. I said i did and provided the cancellation #. He said he would call but it was pointless as I would have to confirm my identity and me going home and calling was faster. Faster! So he told me to go home and do it. Obviously Im annoyed, then he tries to sell me home internet! After all this! And after I told him i cancelled bc im using my landlords! So I left and called fido. My account WAS cancelled and the man on the phone said stores are constantly doing this and it is an issue. Do NOT go here to return modems!
