I came here to buy phone without proper research.this guy name Yusuf guide me the phone what I needed.

2 employees behind the desk serving customers already; 3rd guy standing outside has zero engagement and when asked about plans has zero enthusiasm in selling with attitude

Order phone through app/online. The store didn’t update their list of stock phones and said Iphone 15 in stock. I tried calling the store no joke maybe 20 times. One answer and the rushed fool quickly said order didnt come through we will send you email when ready and hung up, that fool shouldve check stock.i go to the store anyway because my wife’s phone was same day pick up- within 2 hours. I get there and they say no Iphone 15 in stock and to call fido to cancel. I call fido stay on hold for one hour just for them to tell me the store has to cancel the phone order. I called again no joke no exaggeration 20 times and finally someone answered. Mind you i didn’t call 20 times in a row, i waited 10-15 minutes minimum each time. Finally someone answered and canceled the deal. I still cant order a new one and pick it up because fido needs 24-48 to cancel the deal. After all this i dont know if i will even sign back with fido

Update: I switched to Bell in 15 minutes they gave me a better deal and already had all the details sorted

Absolutely worse service I have ever received. Called in to see if I could pick up my SIM card here only to be denied because my license was from a different province. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.

I really had a good time with Mr Pujit. Very easy going friendly person. He understood my need and shown me very positive attitude and, professionalism.
Very happy with his services. Would recommend any one towards mr Pujit at anytime.

Stay away from Fido at Eglinton Square Mall! This place deserves 0 stars. I went in to inquire about their phone plans however an employee named Zee behaved extremely rudely with me. I politely asked about phone plans however he started talking about the new phones. When I clarified my question he nearly shouted at me and started arguing with me…this is no way to treat a customer. I am horrified and refuse to give this store my business!

I had a great experience at Fido in Eglinton Square with Anupa. She was really helpful in getting me started and set up with my new phone. She answered just about every question I had, and I had a few. And is truly personable and a good employee that is pleasant, present and positive. Thank you so much. And if you see this, your cool.

Bisma was great at helping me choose a plan for myself, very patient and took the time to explain everything. Made it a very smooth an easy process.

I highly recommend Pujit to anyone in search of a new phone/plan. He was friendly and he ensured that my phone purchasing experience was seamless and informative. Anupa at Fido in Eglinton Square is amazing. A friend and myself came in one night very close to closing, and she was so helpful even though her shift was about to be done.
She was excellent at getting us the best plans and deals for our money.
She has such a positive attitude & is more than willing to go the extra mile.

Agent a that store wanted to charging me 200$ deposit for a loaner store for a repair.
Please avoid this store the other stores in the area doesn't charge any deposit for repairs.
Just avoid this store all the agent are really rude.
