I am grateful to the staff for their help in the transition from chatr to fido. For all the stupidity of the system, they paid enough attention and perseverance. Special thanks to Abdul and his partner, they stayed late after closing to solve all my questions

Very slow to process requests and they had very few accessories to sell (e.g. No screen protectors for s23, no earbuds, no speaker, etc). Further, when I picked out a couple accessories, they were listed in the computer as not in stock so couldn't even buy them. Don't recommend this store

I went during a busy hour when there was only one associate and the one other associate seemed to be training. Abdul did an amazing job balance between different clients and his service was great. He informed me of a Rogers plan that was more affordable and better suited for me than the Fido deal that I had gone in for. The service was super quick and informative. Abdul is so knowledgeable and personable as well, without wasting time to help me as quick as possible. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had with a carrier. Thank you so much!

Abdul hooked me up with a way better phone plan than I had before. He was super knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. He also set me up on home internet. All of this, 45 mins before the store closed and with other customers in-store. Unfortunately there was a technical problem with the modem the next day, but that wasn’t his fault.

I have recently registered up with Fido and switched my plan, I had nothing but great customer service by a gentlemen named Israr, great vibes n energy when I walked into the store, professional and satisfied my customer service. Would definitely come back to this location for any help! Thank you israr!

So far I have to experience the worst customer service not only from their store agent but also for the online service I ask to put hold on my service cause I lost my job they told its okay and then booomm at the end of month I am being charged for internet i didn’t use how awful is that I swear to God FIDO IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER ONLY INTERESTED IN RIPPING PEOPLE OFF SHAME ON FIDO, Honest to God the Government should revoke this company licence their business is based on LIES, STEALING FOR PPL, PLEASE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA DO SOMETHING FOR CANADIANS WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF, NEEDS TO STOP

Had a super fun time with the staff here. Very chill and approachable.
When we ran into technical problems and I had to wait a while, Cam (who was training) even went out and bought me a coffee.

Went in to upgrade to a new phone and man working there was very rude and not answering any of my questions.

I had an above and beyond service with Fido today thanks to Ryan. He did an excellent job in aiding me and getting my home wifi done within the same day. He was the best person I have ever spoken to while dealing with such services. Outstanding, that is how I can wrap up ny experience!

Had a great time! Ryan was able to return my modem with no issues. Would recommend him to anyone!

Abdul helped me decide what device and phone plan I should get. I live very far from Fido bank but Abdul's high quality of service convinced me to go back to him to buy a phone plan for my mom.
Everyone who wants to get the best service should always go to Fido and meet Abdul. 5 stars for you Abdul!

Although the store should close at 5PM on Sunday. It closed at 4: 15 PM. Very disappointed to go there and find its closed. If you update your timings of the store that would help people not waste their time.
