Unprofessional rude employee answers telephone with a hello? I was confused and asked if this was fido and he replies “you called me”. I suggested he should answer better with “hello this is Fido at Gerrard Square” and he responds “whatever, what do you want, I have customers”. I guess I will sign up elsewhere. Coach your staff.

If I could say something is AVOID Fido at any cost.
Worst carrier and not honour what I have in contract with them.
Terrible customer service in all ends, no one can fix anything.
If could give less than 1 star I would cause even 1 star is too much for them.
