This was the most disappointing customer service I've ever encountered. The employee, "Ravi, " displayed extreme rudeness and showed no willingness to assist or answer any questions. Surprisingly, the store was completely empty during the bustling holiday season. I strongly advise against visiting; it's an experience that can spike your blood pressure. I wish there were an option to rate them zero stars or even in the negative range.

Maan, the representative at the store located at Place d’ Orleans did a perfect job by welcoming me with smiles on his face. He was equally detailed in his explanation.
I will score him 9/10.

I had an excellent experience with Zena at the Fido in Orleans mall. Her assistance in replacing my SIM card was outstanding. She was not only efficient but also went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process. Zena demonstrated great product knowledge, answered all my questions patiently. Her professionalism and customer service skills truly stood out. I appreciate the stellar assistance and commend Zena for their dedication to providing exceptional service.

I had great service from Maan. It was a Sunday, he was alone.he was very patient and assisted me from start to finish. Great customer service. Working in the industry myself.you have to recognize

The one thing is for Fido to have another person with him. He was getting me a new phone and then needing to transfer info.takes about at least 45 minutes. Makes it difficult when other customers come in. He did s great job to say hi ti each person that came in and went to see what they needed and explained that he would be with them as soon as he was done.

Worst fido store in Ottawa.
Very poor service and unprofessional staff. They staff at this location don't want to be bothered helping customers with any of their enquiries. This store needs new staff that really want to work.

We dropped by this fido store on Saturday evening while we were shopping to see if there is any good plan. We met customer service Isarar, he used his professional knowledge to give us best deal that meets our needs, he was very patient and any problems we encountered he helped us out in a timely manner, we are extremely satisfied with his service. Highly recommend this store and strongly recommend Isarar!

The service was great and fast. Cam was very considerate of my situation and solved my problem very effectively.

Sweet talk at this store but Fido will charge you more later on. Here, salespeople will say anything to sell but hidden charges + extra will be added. Avoid this store!

Zena provided excellent customer service. I went in to upgrade 2 phone plans and phones. Very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind. Great experience!

On july 31st 2023 i was trying to set up home internet with fido, i arrived at 4: 30PM to find 1 clerk working and didn’t get any help till 6: 15 PM at least. They are very unprofessional & clearly do not have enough staff to work the shop, i don’t recommend if you need immediate help with anything, very slow customer service

Cam and Zena were very helpful. They both did such a wonderful job on taking the time to explain everything detail and to make sure I understood the contract. The experience was smooth and quick due to their knowledge, kindness and dedication

Today I opened a new account with Fido. Zena went above and beyond to help as it was a little more complicated to open my account than usual. I really appreciate her patience.

Zena and Israr provided excellent service and helped me get set up as a new customer with a great promotion on their BYOP plans. They went above and beyond and helped me and my boyfriend out a lot. Would recommend!:)

Had Zena help my mom move from bell to Fido, she was fast, friendly and very knowledgeable about the company it was a great experience

We got an appointment at 6pm, we get there at 5: 50 and the store is closed, a sign reading "I'll be back in 30 minutes". We waited there until 6: 40 and nobody show up.

Walked in looking to upgrade couldn't believe it till I got a closer look fido employee was watching a video with his eyes closed and snoring another customer was there too we watched him sleep didn't think he was waking up so I left came long way/ with the bad weather this really unacceptable I needed a new phone and couldn't get that didn't want to wake up the employee you pay to watch and deal with customers anyone could of walked out with product Thursday Jan 12 near closing time
