I don’t want to give this store a single cent! As a physical store, the employees do not even have the basic courtesy and language skills of normal people, and their attitude is extremely arrogant and contemptuous! As a Fido user, this is the worst offline experience I have experienced in so many years, bar none!

The middle-aged woman with a gruff voice has a bad service attitude. She pushes the most expensive monthly fee plan and hides the cheaper and practical monthly fee plan. Moreover, she is not familiar with fido’s monthly fee plan. Before and after I decided to pay It didn't mention what the content of the monthly fee plan includes, and even the monthly fee didn't make it clear!
There is no receipt, not even email, and you joined fido without credentials. She explained that there is no contract, so there is no receipt!? Just say you must pay by autopay!
Also took the time to teach my colleague while processing my application, I just waited for her to finish teaching before continuing to process my application! God! I also heard the internal process! Very unprofessional! Waste of customer's time and money! DON'T GO!

The staff (Alvin) was professional and super helpful! He didn't try to push me into anything but explained every details patiently, letting me decide what works best. Haven't join their plan yet (still waiting for the best deal haha) but would definitely come back to FIDO because of the good service.

The staff here is nice and professional. He did listen to me patiently and provide a lot of useful advice according to my needs. Now thanks to him I hv picked the best plans for myself.

The colleagues in this shop explain very carefully and patiently answer my different questions. They will only recommend the plan I need according to my needs. There is no hard sell before. Their attitude is also very professional. The after-sales service is also good. Recommend.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I do. The two working their were playing an MMORPG instead of trying to be helpful. Two useless workers. No wonder why this location has terrible ratings. I’ll be frank, after i was “helped” by the worker, I walked over to another company and ported my number to them. Fido should be embarrassed.

Great place to get good deals. Only reason I can't give it a 5 stars is because of the wait time. This is probably one of the busiest fido locations in the GTA maybe because of the great service and great deals. The sales reps at fmp definitely knows what their doing and does it with efficiency. Really wish they can do something with the wait time though as it can get super long during promotional seasons. (Though it's not really their fault)

Charge 20 dollar for sim card (new user), cash only. I suspect its a scam and the staff keep those money himself.

If it can be 0 points, I will give 0 points. A bunch of people are queuing up without any instructions. Several employees are chatting. After queuing for 20 minutes, I can't help but ask what time it starts, and none of the employees even raise their heads like mosquitoes. It's 11 o'clock. He just turned his head and left, why didn't he owe him anything, he didn't even have the most basic respect.

The customer service at Fido located in First Markham Place is good! Especially thanks to Ben, who provided excellent customer service and patient; really thankful for his help, and able to offer good promotion and deal for his customer! Greatly appreciated for the customer service! Would recommend friends to Fido!

Poor service and very shady, added extra fee they wanted cash for on top of the promotion, avoid coming here!
