My daughter has been with Fido for at least 8 years but I technically own her #. We have been in this Fido location many times over the years to make upgrades, ask questions, etc. We have always encountered issues where I had to be present because of being the account owner. This can be challenging when my adult daughter wants to make updates. We finally dealt with the right person at Fido the other night. ‘Money’ told us I could give my approval for my daughter to be considered a level 1 approver (or something like that) on the account which she has been paying for the entire time. Something easy like this means that I don’t have to go to the mall with her when she wants to make changes and she can do almost anything on her own. I don’t understand why no one else we dealt with over the years ever told us to do this. I am so grateful that Money was the one we spoke to. She was awesome and so very helpful with everything. Thanks Money!

The next day after buying the phone, scammers started calling and calling my name.this means that Faido sells your personal information to third parties.do not deal with this company

Bad experience I ever had, in store customer service is too bad. Staff of this store do not listen to the customer and with who I met today was rude and don't know how to talk with customers. I do not suggest to anyone to take fido every staff has their own opinion. Disappointed

Almost 20 year customer - moved 2 lines over to Freedom because the customer service of Fido has declined terribly over time plus their plans at 4G/LTE speed give less data and less speed for the same price as their competitors

Worst customer service ever went to the store to port my number and the guy named peter refused to help and was so rude to me and my dad.honestly disappointed with how disrespectful the staff is.

I just picked up the phone from order online. Patrick was served me. He didn’t like it if I asked about Fido store promotion. He just wanted me to pick the phone and got out from store. Horrible service. Way much different if you go to Koodo store.

I was having some troubles with my Fido account that needed to be fixed. I believe the rep that helped was Peter. He was super knowledgeable and was able to problem solve my issue super quickly. He was very kind and patient with the questions I had, might I add quite funny too. Made the experience so much better, would highly recommend him!

Peter was incredibly knowledgeable about all Fido’s products and services, and he took the time to carefully listen to my needs and make recommendations that were tailored specifically to me. He was patient, kind, and always had a positive attitude, even when I had a lot of questions or wasn’t sure what I wanted. I highly recommend the handsome Asian guy!

I’ve been with Fido for over 7 years and recently went in-store to check out a new phone and plan. Peter was able to assist me and was able to find the right plan. I managed to walk out with the iPhone 14! Overall, Peter was able to find a great deal and got straight to the point. I would highly recommend Peter for any of your needs!

I managed to lose my cell phone while in the mall. I went to each store asking if anyone had turned it in and eventually went to Fido. The employee (Sorry, I forgot your name!) was amazing! She helped me log into my e-mail and locked my phone (something that I didn't even consider). She also gave my daughter (6 years old) a drink and a balloon to keep her occupied. I was lucky, someone had turned it in to Security. She then unlocked it for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had a wonderful time yesterday. I believe the reps that assisted me were Mandy and Haley. Honestly just wanted to say thank you so much for giving me such an genuine and honest experience for this visit. Mandy gave me good deals on wireless Internet as well as on phone Plan.

I went to this location to switch back to fido and the whole process was simple and fast. I really appreciated how friendly Mandy was and they definitely provided great customer service and overall experience.

I had a wonderful time today visiting the Fido location today, I believe the reps that assisted me were Amanda and Mandy. Honestly just wanted to say thank you so much for giving me such an authentic and honest experience and for also giving me a variety of wonderful options in terms of smartphones alongside a personalized list of pros and cons. Seriously guys 10/10 service I cannot stress enough!

Poor Poor experience. Met a representative name Peter, very unprofessional. These representatives are there to find solutions to customers problems, not to create one more for them. Suggestions: - please avoid this location. More than once i found this type of behaviour at this particular store.

Terrible service I went in to pick up a new phone that I ordered through my account. The girl says I can get you the in store deal she canceled my order then it got stuck in limbo. Long story short I left without the phone after 2 hours and was told i would not be eligible for the in store discount

Stay away from this location if you don’t want to be disappointed with the fido. I never seen rude person like (Peter) there, my son try to get some training to learn how you should to talk to the customers okay you’re not a kid to talk like this. And second don’t forget your responsibilities at work place are to help customers and listen to them to understand what they want, not only talk without listening okay!

I don't love going to cell phone stores, I do however always love coming here and dealing with Ryan. He's always been very upfront & honest and has helped me figure out the best upgrade deal
