Purchased a phone & got an internet connection from them. Karan was quick, polite, professional, & knew his stuff well. He even offered to stay on a few minutes beyond the closing time to patiently assist with a couple of additional queries. Definitely recommend this store & especially Karan!

The service here is beyond exceptional. Karan Luthra went above and beyond to get me the phone I wanted despite the whole Black Friday frenzy. He also worked out a great plan for me that saves me a lot of money in the long-term. I was also able to get an upgrade on my home internet for less. The entire process was seamless thanks to Karan and the team at this store. Needless to say, I'll be back again soon.

Introduced rogers 24-month plan but didn’t tell me about the monthly cancel fee, now I have to pay for cancellation 22 per month.

Something went wrong with my on-line order. Ben was able to help me activate my account and get me the plan I had ordered. No idea what went wrong, but they guys in the store were really friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location. It's located right outside the Bloor Yonge subway station which is very convenient.

I had one of the most pleasant experiences with a mobile phone store today thanks to Raheem, the store manager. Raheem was very patient with the my elderly friends who had a lot of questions before they switched over from Bell to Fido. He went the extra mile to answer each query in great detail and tact, understanding the special needs and concerns of elderly customers. He also spent time to explain the working of their new iPhone and even transferred all the data from their old phone. I have never come across a shop manager going this far to ensure that the customers needs were fully met, all the while maintaning an eye on new customers entering the store, instructing his team to take care of others, etc. A full five star experience. Fido is as horrible as Rogers and they are owned by Rogers. I use their service for a few years on one of my phones and now they’re trying to tell me they’re never had an account for me and they won’t help me unlock my phone. Stay away from Fido, Chatr, Rogers as well as any other affiliate. This corporation is just disgusting! I look forward to the day they go bankrupt. I’d like to get a class action against these people because they are discriminatory and I will be posting it on social media, looking for your help and people to take them to the human rights tribunal. They discriminate against all types of people and it’s in violation of the Ontario Holman rights code. If you’re interested drop me a note. We would most definitely win

Its been over 2 months i been in contact wt fido about my bill no more coming in mail. I keep forgeting to pay or look for it. When i signed the 2 yrs contract it was wt paper bill. I now shop around and found an other companie but cant get out of my contract and Fido not living up to it either. So after 2 frustrating months of useless and mindless customer service's i met ANTRIKSH which suggested i add my credit card for on my file. Brilliant.the only brilliant customer service agent i came across and yet I will move on after my contract finish just base on a stamp that Fido cannot afford monthly.

Antriksh has been outstanding in his effort to introduce me to my new phone. He is extremely knowledgeable, very patient and personable.

Never join Fido or Rogers I've been trying to get help so I can make a payment yet they've been being very rude I went into a store to make my account and they put my mom's name on it when I was the one creating the account I have proof for everything yet they want to harass me

I am new to Canada. International Student from Brazil. The people at this store are very patient and helpful.

I was having a problem downloading apps on my LG phone. Fido is my service provider. I went to three other Fido stores (Oakville Place, Sherway Gardens & Cloverdale Mall). Not one of these stores could figure out the problem. I went to the Fido store at Yonge & Bloor, and they were able to resolve the problem in about 10 minutes. Thank you very much!
