Customer care executives doesnt care about customer. Then what are they needed for. He explicitly said “I dont Care” cant give zero on review thats why have to give 1 out of options

First day dealing with fido as a new customer and experience is horrible. I called at this store and talked with Chris, this guy literally hang up on me twice and was so rude. Never going to visit this store at all and already going to cancel my plan.

They are completely helpless and just wasting customers time by simply sitting and passing time.
Worst customer experience ever

Staff is very rude they don’t explain you about plan and they lie about plan price, pese Don’t go with fido they are cheaters.

Terrible experience. Deserves 0 star. I checked in and it’s been an hour but I am still waiting for my turn and that’s not even the worst thing. The customer service is terrible and very rude employees.

Just got my new phone. Very good experience with Fido associate. Service with a smile and brains.

They can't halp me for a new simcard. So i don't my card is active or not it's my bad experience.

Older guy with glasses was completely unhelpful, sat on his phone and wasn’t paying attention to customers needed help then when he finally came over with no choice he had attitude and refused to help.don’t bother coming here.

Those guys are very rude, not check your account because you do not buy a card from them even if it's fido.

And very aggressive behavior for customers.

Good customer service, the front staff Himani was very helpful and friendly to us.i was realy happy for the expereinece there

I came in with a huge problem with my phone. Very old. These guys have gone above and beyond for me today. I am very very impressed. Best customer service ever. Thank you so much for all you have done for me today

Staff was so good, we bought a very good plan in $50 Divansh was very helpful, he explained everything in details and provided all the information regarding the plans

Skyler from Fido is an absolute stud! We were having some issues with our phone and he was able to help and remediate our problem quickly and efficiently! HIGHLY recommend!

This has to be the worst fido store I have ever been to. They are not helpful, have no deals and don't care. Better off going to kitchener or somewhere else. Bad customer service and all there employees say something different

Fido i will never recommand nobody i wasted two hours and half and none of your staff can help.
