Extremely bad customer service! Employees talking to each other about their daily life things while attending. Did not answer the questions. Asked check your app and mentioned we have terrible deal rn. Could have given -ve if possible!

Had a great experience dealing with the staff at this location. In particular, Aaron was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was a great help and answered all my product related enquiries.

Zero star, they lie to customers. When you go to talk to them again lie. I paid for 20 GB normally I have to use only 5GB. They promote new plan and said you have include tax what is true you have to pay extra taxes. Everything lies. Bed plans, bed people who work there.

Fido's Customer Service is a Disaster.

It has been over 5 months since I was charged a non-equipment return fee of $282 while the equipment was already returned.

I have been contacting them ever since to get my refund but in vain. Every time I speak to an agent says the same thing "I have opened a ticket and will take 5 to 6 business days to get the refund"

Those 5 to 6 days turned to 5 to 6 months but still nothing happened. This company has serious issues.

Set up a new account and they got my name and birth date wrong (typed in by the employees by looking at my ID) as well as my email which I wrote in clear capitals in a piece of paper. Because of this I wasn’t able to access my account and several payments accumulated even though I did set up my payment information, I wonder if they got that wrong too

Had a wonderful purchase experience at Fido today. I had come for a phone upgrade and was skeptical about the EMI plan.
The sales representative, Isabel, was very patient and took the time to write down and explain each and every aspect of the purchase. Made the experience hassle free.

Pooja was really awesome. She helped me with my sim registration, when the sim was having some issues she assisted me so well calling the customer line, helped me sort my whatsapp code delay too.she is fantastic staff and she smiles alot.
Isabell was really helpful today.she explained our bill payment and helped my friends and i today.

I was facing OTP issues which is very confidential thing and visited Fido fairview park.
Namira and pooja tried to resolve the thing in every possible way and thankfully they did it.
I am so so relieved.

Don’t want to give even 1 star. Worst place ever to get service from this location. Employees don’t know updated policy and pass wrong informations. Went store for 4 times to resolve the issue, at the end they said we can’t help you as it’s your mistake to use provided service. Never ever recommend this store.

I would give this store 0 if I could I was ther to pick up a SIM Card and the manager tanner was so rude and refused to give me options let alone help me he also complained about me and the situation to his co workers in front of me and told them not to help me as well he also refused to speak to Rogers customer service in regards to helping me or giving me options Rogers store thankfully fixed the issue but beware of this store (they also work with Rogers) When I told them what Rogers told me he walked away from me and the whole staff working ignored me. This is the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced

I am definitely not the type of person to leave negative reviews for individuals as I'm understanding and usually give people the benefit of the doubt. Being said, I have honestly NEVER experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I dealt with 5 different team members and 4 out of 5 of them were rude, unhelpful, and not giving me adequate information. Aaron was the only team member who was helpful, understanding, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and the only reason I have decided to keep my services with Fido.

I had done an online activation and was simply looking to pickup in store for a sim card. The first time I went in, I didn't have proper ID, and although the woman helping me was kind she gave me the wrong information and said I could come back at ANY time and nothing would ever expire.

The second time I attempted to pick up my sim card, I had two forms of valid ID; my credit card and a government issued piece of photo ID as per the Fido website. The team member, a man with a beard and glasses, was very rude and refused to accept my ID. I gave him my health card as my photo ID and stated I could show him photos of more if he needed and he said it was invalid. I tried explaining to him that I used to work in phone sales and that an Ontario health card is a valid government issued piece of photo ID and can be accepted, however, as a team member he is just not able to ask customers for it. This is a pretty standard rule of thumb EVERYWHERE in Ontario. After explaining that, he still denied me of my SIM card and was being extremely rude and his co-workers were behind him looking at me speaking another language which I found unprofessional.

Finally, I went a third time and they gave me a sim card and admitted that the other two representatives I dealt with were in the wrong, however, said that my plan expired. I had email confirmation of my plan and explained everything that happened with the previous reps and they said that there was nothing they could do to help. There was a girl as well as a representative named Haseeb helping me. I kindly asked if they could call into customer service for me and they denied me of even that which was the least they could have done. Haseeb was not understanding and gave me a lot of attitude which caused me to have a lot of anxiety. I later called in because I wanted to put in a complaint to the manager as I've worked in customer service for several years as well as healthcare and have dealt with complex people but have always remained respectful and kind which they were not. That is when Aaron answered the phone and guided me in the right direction. I'm so thankful I was able to deal with him.

Went there for a network issue with my sim, Aaron was really helpful and resolved my problem in under 10 minutes. Amazing service!

I would like to share my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at Fido today. I visited the store at Fairview Mall and was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of 2 of the employees.

The 1st female was kind and meant well. However she was in training, when she asked for assistance, the manager rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed. He was adversarial and made no attempt to help me with my problem.

When we got things sorted out I left the store with my new phone only to realize the sim card had not been changed.
When I returned to the kiosk I was met with another female associate who was the worst of them all.
She said that I could do it myself and that if I didn't like it, she would call security. This was a completely unacceptable response, and I felt intimidated and uncomfortable in their store.
I understand that customer service can be challenging, but the behavior of the staff today was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and this was not the case.

I hope Fido will take this feedback seriously and take steps to address the behavior of their staff.

It is a great outlet. Very prompt service and switching from Freedom to Fido was a breeze. Anirudh on the counter was very helpful and generous, he took time to explain everything. Special shout out to him. Would definitely come back.

I had a great experience today at Fido with Darpan. He helped me update my phone and was very patient and friendly. More employees should be like him. I highly recommend him. Thank you again Darpan.
