I was on phone with Roger’s customer service on and off for 4 days. I was switching over to bell and having error messages with my new bell SIM card that said the phone was locked with Roger’s. They kept telling me it was impossible for my phone to be locked to Roger’s despite me getting a message that it was locked straight from my iPhone. I went into the store and the lovely staff working Monday January 12th helped me so fast and resolved the issue in 10 minutes. The phone was locked, but obviously was not supposed to be. They were so kind especially the female with red hair (I should have got her name)! I’ve actually never even left a review before but i swear every time I come to this specific Roger’s location they as so helpful! Didn’t proof read any of this, hope it makes sense hahah?

If Rogers needs to appoint a customer service ambasaddor, Elisha should be that person. Hats off for her customer service!
Went there today with three requests for my existing package and Elisha was super fast and friendly arranging them with her valuable sugestions.

The customer service provided at this Fido location exceeded expectations. The team demonstrated exceptional efficiency, addressing my concerns with professionalism and effectiveness. I am appreciative of their service and content with my new phone. Thank you Fido manager!
