They keep the door locked and ignore you as you knock on the window waiting outside in the freezing cold. Employees are garbage, don’t come here

Worst walk-in experience ever. They ask you to join a virtual line and the line never updates. They even take customers not in virtual line while you are waiting in car. I had to ask and apparently they forgot to check the virtual line. When they asked me to join it in the first place. I would recommend booking an appointment online to save time

I didn't read the reviews before going, my bad. I am just here to help others don't make the same mistake. If you are reading the reviews and you see that this place has the worst customer service you can get, that is so true. They are the worst in the business, zero customer service, so rude and they don't know what they're doing.
They lie like little bullies about their names, the manager's name and availability. You will waste your time trying to contact Fido itself as they will refer you to the manager but again good luck to find him/her.
