I met an amazing person at Fido today. His name is Josh and he is manager at this fido store. We were looking to buy iPhone 15 pro max at Black Friday and after checking all over we finally reached fido and met Josh. Although everyone who works here is friendly, josh is extremely knowledgeable, straight forward and patient. He helped us realise so many things and answered all and every weird question we had. Just because of him the experience was immeasurably joyful. Josh, if you're reading this. Note this. Just because of you we will be recommending this branch to everyone we meet. God bless you brother and yea #Fido. Give this man a raise ASAP.

The client Special at the store front that served me at 4: 54 was extremely unprofessional. He was standing in front of the store talking to the security man while a customer is inside, when asked for help the teller says he do not want to help because he don’t know what is going on and did not stop his conversation. I had to walk up to him even though he knew I was there to get a service done. The service was very bad

They are not honest at all. Stay away from Fido. I was told that my phone was going to cost 300 and ended up costing 900. I can not wait for 9 month to leave this Campany.

I went to Fido store (St-Laurent) as I needed to transfer my data from my previous iPhone to a new Samsung phone.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Jason who was absolutely >>> fantastic <<<. I rarely write reviews but I just had to this time as Jason provided us with excellent service. Jason was extremely helpful, answered all our questions, explained everything very well. He was easy going, genuinely friendly and professional. Simply put, Jason rocks! Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. THANK YOU once again, Jason!

I want to share my experience with other customers as it need to be addressed somewhere. I am so sad with service that I have from Fido for my home internet. I have a discount on my account, but I have to ask support services each month to apply it on my bill.and next month again it is the same as without discount. I have had this problem for 3 months so far, and this is frustrating for me from now on!

I arrived on sunday at 4pm and we waited for a whole hour before the girl came from the back to help us since they close at 5.

She could have helped us earlier since the guy was busy with other customers. Not happy

If you ever need a good deal or any help finding anything, go straight to the rep Amro. He is by far the best rep I’ve ever dealt with of all time, Seriously. Amro is a hard working rep who honestly deserves nothing but a promotion for his work! He helped us a lot getting the best deal for our phone and added lots of accessories on top for super cheap! Amro is the nicest and easiest person to deal with since he will give you all the prices upfront and not hide anything from you. Realest person there and I love his honesty towards his customers. Happy customer and willing to come back for anything else that interests me. Thanks amro!

Went to the branch because I couldn't get any help from the customer service on the phone. I found very friendly sales rep called Amro. He was very knowledgeable, patient and tried to help me with my problem. Can't be more satisfied with the options and solutions he gave me. Thanks Amro

Came here to get a modem. They claim they don't have any in stock. Then they said getting one only has been known to cause problems. Super reassuring. What's the point of having a store if you don't have your product in stock?

Internet is spotty and they can't resolve it. Lost money at work and paying for extra data.
Don't recommend internet service
for comparison I cancelled with Fido and the next day I had Rogers. The same problem occurred but the difference was that Rogers actually solved it within 1 day and I have had solid internet ever since then. Fido had over one year solve it and never was able to provide the customer service needed to handle it

They hae the worst internet ever. Will definatly cancel with them and go somewhere else. Keeps on losing signal like twice in an hour unbelivable

Nice little store - part for the shopping mall so plenty of free parking - I've dealt with the staff a few time, always easy.

They say it's the little things that show the character of a person I was served at Fido today by Etienne and I tell you it's the little things that show the character of an employee I gave this young man on my postal code once and he remembered it through the whole process and if you've ever bought a phone you know it takes like 10 minutes and he still remembers it to me that says something about this young man I've been an employee, supervisor, manager and a boss I really hope Fido recognizes the work that this young man is doing because he should be a supervisor, manager and one day the boss keep up the great work young man you'll go far in life

Literally would not even include 1 accessory free with the purchase of my new phone unless I bought their device protection.so I told them in store yes I will take it, was given 1 free accessory, and then went home and called in to cancel the device protection.dont be so cheap for some1 coming from another company that accessory makes u feel welcomed

Employees are great, the plans and service are fair but the quality of accessories leaves much to be desired, especially given the 'warranty' on things like screen protectors (which are overpriced compared to the market) must be shipped by the original manufacturers (unlike other businesses who would immediately replace), and I certainly hope I remember wrongly when I say we needed to pay for shipping. Treat your new device with care and shop online for accessories.

Rude staff and dodgy business practices. Upsold me on device protection plans but the phone charger is not considered part of the package.
