Charged me $10 for changing my sim card. My friend who works at Fido said that changing sim card is free. I hope their manager give me a call and explain why they charge people money for changing sim card.

The young lady treated me like a criminal, asked for ID and she opened the door like 6". Said the Costco Credit Photo ID was not acceptable, closed the door on my face. You need to treat every customer like GOLD. Walked into Hillcrest and was treated with excellent service, love the open mall concept and hate the Bathurst / Rutherford location.

Staff at this location are liars and are also quite impolite. One staff actually refused to serve me due to his own ignorance of the products they offer. They lied about a free tablet in order to lock me into a 2 year contract. Poor service!

Assistant manager and employee are out right Liars. Too many points to detail in the small text message. Told me I would get my money back but it would take months on the items they lied about

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! A simple service as returning a modem can turn into a nightmare! I returned a modem over two years ago but they never registered it. I'm having a headache solving this problem and it's seriously affecting my credit score. RUN!

I lost my phone and needed a new SIM card as well as help deleting Information from my lost phone and figuring out what to do. Manny helped me with all the issues I had and he accomplished this with patience and understanding. I left the store feeling that everything I I needed was taken care of. Manny went out of his way to help me figure it out even though it was not part of his job. I give 5 stars for my experience!

I would have given the store a minus 5 if I could. Recently signed up for Fido internet service, was told to go to pretty much any store to pick up a modem. This one is on my way home, so dropped by and figured it would be a smooth experience. Little did I know, I wasn’t even allowed to step foot in the store, at all! Had to talk to one of the rude staff over intercom at the door. Before I could say anything, they ask all sorts of COVID questions. I get it, people are scared, but after answered all questions, instead of letting me in, they asked what I want, I said just to pick up a modem, and they said they don’t have any. I asked again, where I can get one, they said they don’t know, and told me to call customer service. And finished the “conversation” over intercom.

If this is the store experience Fido want their customers to have, I’m really not impressed. If all the store staff can do is to tell the customer to call their customer service number, what’s the point of having a physical store? Again, I know we are still in a pandemic, but if you don’t want your customers to step foot in your premises, might as well just close down the store, the staff there don’t deserve to be paid a salary anyways.

For all the folks out there, avoid this store at all cost, not worth the trip, it will ruin your day.

Very rude and lazy crow. They close their system 30 minutes before closing time. They clearly wanted to leave sooner and didn't care. This is the first time I ever encountered this issue. Very unprofessional approch to business and horrible customer service.

I have never had such a hard time with a company. Customer service is unfathomably bad - slow, extremely bureaucratic, and promises followups that never come. Just a small subset of my attempts to get help on a simple issue (having wifi installed) attached - does not include the hourlong (useless) visit to this location.

In the end, I was told by their sales rep that THEY thought I'd be better off with another company. I agree - internet is the kind of thing where I want reliable service and people behind it.

Tried to swap the Huawei MediaPad T3 that I got from another Fido store with the LG G Pad VI, as they didn't have it in stock at the initial store I went to. They told me that I couldn't swap because of inventory issues and that I should cancel the line with the other Fido store to get the LG at the Bathurst store. They clearly only care about commission money and not about the customer.

I went in to purchase a simple screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy S8 and asked some questions over the phone before going in to make sure that everything is good to go. My first question was "How much did the screen protector cost? " The manager responded by saying that it costed "$30". Also, the protector was from the company known as Gadget guard. I went in the store and asked them for the Galaxy S8 screen protector, and they gave me a Samsung Galaxy S8+ model and started cleaning my phone and when coming to apply it realized that it's the wrong one. Alright, no problem, it happens. They got the regular S8's screen protector and told me the total and it was $40. I spoke to the same manager in person on what happened and he said he can give me a 15% discount, not bring the price to $30 which is what I was told over the phone. I started to get pissed off but I purchased it anyways. Once applying, the lady left a noticeably white dust between the protector and the glass however she took it in the back room and got it removed but with that, there was a rainbow line on the left hand side that interrupted any screen action so watching videos became distracting. The stpre manager and worker just took so much of my time and just overall was such a poor experience. Please do not go to this Fido shop, there are better Rogers stores that will get your service done respectfully and will accomplish your needs better.
