Fieldstone is amazing! My son loves going to school there. The curriculum and small class sizes is what drew us to the school initially, but it’s the community aspect that confirms we made the right decision in enrolling him there.

The teachers, administration and parents have the student’s best interest in mind and are so supportive and accommodating. The entire community provides a positive experience for the students to grow in a safe and healthy environment.

Everyone knows everyone’s name and each student looks out for one another…no matter the grade.

Can’t recommend this school enough!

What a blessing to be part of the Fieldstone community! From the beginning, Melany has been our key entry contact, ensuring that everything was smooth for us. The well-being of my kids matters greatly to me, and I am also sensitive to academic standards. The Cambridge advanced program is exceptionally nourishing for my kids. Also, the massive outdoor field allows children to play freely during recess and recharge before continuing their learning. Overall, there is a good balance between academics, extracurricular, and fun activities. Words would not be enough to express my gratitude to Fieldstone.

First of all, the advantage is that some teachers are very good.
The disadvantage is that the principal has a problem with a teacher named Mao
First of all, let me talk about this teacher named Mao, who upholds an open and fair attitude. His first problem is greed, which is extremely greedy. My argument is first of all, the canteen. The previous canteen was delicious and affordable, but since he found someone to take over, it has become expensive and unpalatable. Let me talk about your Shanghai cuisine first. I don’t comment on it. Mainly because not everyone is from Shanghai. There are people from the north, Sichuan, and locals. Anyway, I think the food you cook is unpalatable. Secondly, even if it’s not unpalatable, you can’t cook it every day. I dare say the cost of your portion is no more than 5 yuan. It’s not necessary. Students' money is so good.
The second thing is that the school sells roses because there is a festival. It is my decision whether I want to give them to you. If I don’t give them to you, you will make a bad face, who will show it to you. I’m here to learn, not to give you gifts. Don’t use the ones from China.
Third, if your husband is the guardian, teach him well. If not, teach him well.
In summary, school is your money-making pot, right? The conclusion is that you are not qualified to be a teacher if you have no morals and no character. To be honest, I graduated several years ago and I don’t know what it is like now. Anyway, it was like that at the time.
Secondly, let’s talk about the principal. I won’t talk about the principal looking for trolls. Anyway, this school knows everything. I’m not afraid of being threatened by the principal to delete my comments. Anyway, I’ll make a long story short.
First of all, ignore the teacher above and join in the same trend. Secondly, as a principal, I think about how to collect money every day. I have already paid the tuition fees. Is it necessary to collect money in various ways? Last but not least, this school is full of thunder

The staff at Fieldstone School facilitated me when applying for my A-level exams as a private candidate and guided me fully through the process. I would like to thank the staff for being kind and patient throughout.

I registered myself there as a private candidate. Their services and assistance are so quick and efficient. The Center head helped me a lot in the process of registration and covid exemption.

I’ve been a student at Fieldstone for 10 years now. All I can say is that I am proud to be a FDS graduate and I am confident that I will do well in my studies in high school. With the encouragement from my teachers and the extra support they give, I am happy to say that my experience has been a great balance of social time and learning.

Thanks to the Cambridge Curriculum, I am able to have a more specialized and advanced academic program compared to other schools since this is unique to Fieldstone. I also had the opportunity to take part in the Waterloo Math Contest this year and will continue to challenge myself.

Next year, I will be going to one of Toronto’s most competitive high schools and I am sure that the Fieldstone curriculum was a factor for my acceptance! All in all, I am happy with the outcome of my elementary experience and I hope others can share the same positive experience!

I took the Cambridge Challenge because I wanted to enrich my learning, knowledge, and skills. In addition, I looked forward to having the Cambridge exam appear on my student resume for future post-secondary applications. During my preparation I took practice tests and spoke with my teachers to evaluate my progress. What I gained most from achieving an A* on my French Cambridge exam was being able to acknowledge my strength in the subject.

My advice for students pursuing a Cambridge certificate would be to conduct as many practice exams as you can, and to challenge yourself with the questions you find the most difficult. Always do more than what is expected and be mentally and academically prepared on the day of the exam. Make sure to ask intellectual questions and learn about the requirements needed to answer every question.

My overall experience at Fieldstone has been nurturing with the guidance of my teachers and additional tutoring from my peers. The Cambridge curriculum has been pushing me to grow in my abilities and personal qualities as a student. I am grateful for the consistent involvement of the incredible fieldstone staff that keep record of my success and stand out of their way to advise me. I highly recommend students to take the Cambridge exams to elevate their educational career and experience.

I graduated this school like 10 years ago. This school still provides amazing education systems to the future students. If you want to choose a private school in Toronto, I highly recommend this school. Was the best school in my entire life. Thanks FDS!

Fieldstone has been fantastic for our family! My son joined Fieldstone in Grade 5 and he says it’s the best school that he has attended. The small class sizes gives teachers a great opportunity to know students’ personalities, strengths and weaknesses and they go an excellent job in suporting students to reach their potential. The teachers are fantastic! Students feel as if they are in a larger home being part of a relatively smaller community.
The after school tutorials, extra curricular activities and outreach club are great. Student’s choosing a cause that is near and dear to their heart and then developing strategies for fundraising is excellent.i have always received excellent support from the school admin while being part of the parent association. I highly recommend Fieldstone School if you are looking for a smaller community with excellent teachers and more emphasis on students.

Excellent and nurturing environment that challenges various learning styles in many ways. The curriculum really tailors to the individual student body. My children have grown and flourished academically by the critical thinking skills the school targets. I appreciate the effort all educators as they really go beyond their call of duty. The adminstration listens to and takes all your needs into consideration. Ms. Martin and Ms. Wong are flexible, supportive and to everything in their power to really reach every student. They are so accommodating and we are blessed to be a part of this wonderful community or I must say family.

My son started at Fieldstone in grade 5. He is now in grade 7. I cannot say enough how AMAZING this school is. Ms Wong, the head of school, and Ms Martin, the assistant head of school, are not only extremely kind and caring, but they prioritize the needs of the students and their parents. Parent concerns and emails are met with a rapid response and action. In addition, the teachers are kind and nurturing, and they work hard to make sure that their students feel confident and cared about. The school subjects are taught in a very interesting, organized and student-friendly format. Frequent testing ensures that the students keep up to date with their studies. In my opinion, one cannot ask for anything more in a school. I feel truly blessed to have transferred my son to Fieldstone Day School.

A very prestigious and welcoming school set in an idyllic location. The students here have the privilege of following the world class Cambridge Curriculum. A team of dedicated and passionate educators have the best interest of their students at heart. Ms Wong, Ms Martin & Ms Hussain are extremely kind. They constantly monitor the well being of their students.
Mr Brian Munshaw is a dedicated, kind and much respected professional educator in the secondary school, he has contributed immensely towards the development of the school and its students.

Thank you very much for this place that wasted students' time and teachers' talents, which gave me a unforgettable high school period. Every week, the administrators of the school will let you stand in the rain or snow for at least half an hour (you can't take an umbrella or put on a coat). They are willing to call this a fire drill. In fact, they are happy to torture students and treat them as dogs. Disgusting front desk and managers. If you want to turn your child into a tramp at the gate of the supermarket, send your child to this place to study. I don't even want to call this place a school. God, if you are here, please let this school close as soon as possible.

The WORST place in GTA, and I really do not recommend people sending their kids to here.
PLEASE GO TO THE PUBLIC SCHOOL!
For international students, the best choice is going to other private school (higher grades and better feeling).
I will not coming back again.

As a student at the University of Toronto, when I look back at the two-year experience at Fieldstone, I felt fulfilled to study under such a positive competitive environment. Since teachers are experts in the knowledge of different areas, it enables me to get opportunities to learn some advanced topics and concepts that are not in the high school curriculum. Even more, Fieldstone also offers a variety of competitions, which are well-connected with the university courses that I am taking now. These include DECA business competition, Waterloo Maths Contest, and Cambridge Examinations. In terms of extracurricular activities and clubs, Fieldstone is paying attention to fostering students’ additional competencies besides some limited skills they could have from academic learning. As for myself, from joining the Prefects and Outreach club, I practiced my leadership skill and conquered the fear of public speaking, which are both necessary to be possessed in order to succeed in universities. Overall, I am grateful and pleased that Fieldstone provided me with the chance to step forward in learning and extend my talents before going to further educational institutions. This helps contributes to the confidence that I have now during each university lesson.
