Called to rent a pipe and drape, she advised me that she will send me an email (which never came) I repeated my email to her multiple times and still never came. I go in to pick up the product and she rented to someone else. This is very very poor business, also why are you taking my info, if you’re renting on a first come first serve bases?

A great company if you need anything for your event, holiday, etc. Company employees will always pick up for you what you need. I would especially like to thank manager Elena for her professional approach and patience

Probably the worst customer service of all party rentals in town. Hung up on me the first time because I didnt follow procedure on filling in an online application. Called the second time, confused with the website, and i heard in the back “fOlLOw tHe InStruCtIons” please go anywhere else where they dont have the “know it all attitude” & have some human decency!

We rented lots of things for my son’s wedding from this place. Cindy was very sincere and helped me to decide what I need to rent and kindly updated my requests later on. Everything came as promised. The fabrics were high quality. They were super clean and ironed. I can say they do professional business. And I would definitely recommend.

Fiesta Ottawa provided the pipes and drapes for the Ottawa Valley Quilters Guild Quilt Show this past weekend. Susanna and her staff were excellent to work with, courteous and professional at all times. They showed up with the right equipment at the right time. She even went above and beyond to create a "thank you" video for our Facebook page. I would recommend this company to anyone putting on a special event.
