Antoinette is very sweet & helpful. She has a plethora of cool stationary items, fountain pens, inks & papers. When in Thorold, Ontario, this is a “don’t miss shop”!

WOW! What a truly lovely shop, and quite a lovely set of pens/inks, and an assortment of other great items. Antoinette, was so kind in letting me try more than a few different pens all inked up in front of me. She recommended the Kaweco, which I happily picked, along with a bottle of red ink.

We chatted for a moment, and It was truly a pleasure to get to know this lovely individual. I will most certainly return soon, the next time I’m afforded an opportunity to do so!

My friend and I loved visiting this gorgeous place and will definitely be back again! Loved everything about it, especially the friendly lady!

Great store for the Niagara Region for fountain pen lovers who want to purchase quality fountain pen ink such as Diamine and Herbin.

Oh my goodness! This place is incredible! My friend and I stopped in today (our first time) and it was just amazing. We were so overwhelmed by all the stuff in this unique shop. I literally kept picking stuff up and going, "Oh my goodness! They have these? ! "

This shop had so many incredible things in it-amazing cards and note books you can't find in other places. I would have bought SO much more if I had more money. My friend and I definitely want to go back!

The owner is also so sweet and informative. She wrapped my items so nicely and put it in a bag with wrapping paper like a gift! Thank you for the wonderful chat and the recommendations (had the sandwich at Karma and we went to the cafe as well)

Antoinette was an AMAZING help! I needed a fountain pen for my dad and knew what type he wanted but didn't know the first thing about fountain pens myself. She answered all my questions and was quickly able to walk me through EVERYTHING I needed to know about fountain pens, and the different types and brands available.
She also just happened to have the exact type of pen I was thinking of getting for my dad filled with ink ready to use so I could not only understand but FEEL exactly what the difference between the different types of pens and paper they had to offer. (I had no clue what a difference good paper makes lol)

I was already prepared to just confirm the pen I was looking at online refilled how I needed and buy it otherwise blind but instead, I left will a full understanding of what I was buying and was even more sure it was the perfect gift! He LOVED it!

Amazing customer service, a HUGE selection, and definitely will need to come back for one of my own soon. Lol

If I could give this 6 stars, I would. Our trip to Figg Street Co was pretty awesome. Came in looking for a fountain pen for father in law - had a very vague sense of what he wanted as I am not at all familiar with fountain pens. Antoinette was amazing at explaining the options and purpose to each type of pen, even explaining each step of loading the pen, switching ink - I came in for a gift but left knowing I'd be back to shop for myself. She was so knowledgable & had an amazing selection. 10/10 if you need anything stationary related you will definitely find something to love here.

Had an amazingly amazing experience shopping here! The owner is very knowledgeable and curated a great selection from fountain pens to washi tape, stamps, and notebooks; I even found cute place cards here! I highly recommend coming here for your stationary and journaling needs!
