My boyfriend and I joined Fight Den with zero experience. We've left Every. Single. Session. PUMPED!
Sensei Mike is a phenomenal teacher. He is super encouraging, breaks everything down into simple steps (needed for a newbie like me!) and has given me so much confidence.
Plus, everyone at the Den is so friendly and collaborative. So glad I've joined!

Phenomenal!
Me and my girlfriend joined Fight Den with zero experience and a lot of nerves. Sensi Mike is incredible with rookies, he eased us into it at our own pace and is always on hand to help you pick up on the small details.
The gym culture is incredible, everyone is there to have fun and learn. Couldn't recommend it more.

Very expensive, but definitely worth the price for the private lesson course. Really love the instructor sensei Mike
