FIKA Local Cannabis - Sudbury

I will NEVER buy from Fika again. Firstly, The attitude of the 2 female staff I dealt with was appalling, not appropriate.not professional. They were shady with the pricing and when I brought it up to return the products the next day; I claimed that certain products were falsely advertised by either shadiness, lack of knowledge or just a personality issue. I was told no and that it's government policy to not be allowed to return unopened products; the apparent reasoning they would not rectify the problem. Worst dispensary I've ever been too. Even with the 20% off it was well over $100

I find different products here that I cannot find at competitors. I found the prices a bit high, however, there was a members 20% off sale on everything in-store so it wasn't bad. I got a pack of prerolls (1.5 g) and a live resin 510 cart and only spent $75.53 with taxes. Will go back more in future. I'm happy with the customer service and the prices are decent.

Rick was amazing he was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with finding the right strain as per our need. Would highly recommend coming here for a great deal and amazing customer service which is lacking when it comes to cannabis stores.

Probably one of the nicer looking stores in town, poor infrastructure. Went in at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon, only one employee working with pretty basic knowledge and poor CS skills. Left and went to Canna up the road.

Placed an order for pick up and I arrived at 8pm to a sign saying the store was temporarily closed until 830pm. This is completely unacceptable to have the store closed for half an hour without any indication prior to my arrival at the door. This indicates that you only have one person on staff and yet business hours state you're open until 11. Is fika not able to pay 2 employees to be at the store for 3 hours? Fika is a chain that has a store in union station and in major malls, you'd think they'd be making enough to pay 2 employees at a time. Ridiculous.

Way over priced, staff is average. Twice now they didn’t honour their “deals” on their app. Staff isn’t sure about how things run and have to call manager or owner or pretend like they do. Not impressed I doubt I’ll be back.

Great store. Higher quality cannabis and a budtender who actually listened to what I was looking for and could help me find a strain that worked for me. Amazing customer service. I will be back again when I am in town.

This maybe the best store in town!
Has the classy look and layout of products, that are informative, simplicit. You get the visual example of each Jay, but also where it's from.
Not sure if this store is actually supplying you with more/better information OR that the info. Cards/staff are just on point!
The space was welcoming and nothing near overwhelming like most places.
To top it off the staff was very nice and personable 10/10
Also the extras (pipe and stuff, candles etc.) so Gucci. Lol You'll have to see for yourself!

Overall didn't wow me. Selection limited and pricing higher than competitors just down the street. Customer service was good.
Update: The cart I bought was faulty. Didn't have physical receipt anymore. Fika had electronic copy as it was an online order. No issues they replaced it with a new working cart. Tried it before I left. Kudos to good customer service.

Highly recommend! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! Sabrina helped me out and was very helpful, and the shop is very clean and organized. The rewards program is also pretty cool, check it out.: D

When I went in looking for a strain that I could smoke at the end of the day, Alexie made a fantastic recommendation. Point Break is probably my new favourote strain!

I don't like going into the other stores as they all have a similar unwelcoming atmosphere. The first time I came here, I was very impressed with the look and organisation of the store. I'd recommend going here to anyone who's starting out or is looking for a new store to shop at.
