I never thought I would express appreciation to a debt collection agency but Jhenene was so kind and solution driven that I had to leave a review. What would have normally been a very frustrating phone call was resolved in a matter of minutes and without any stress.

I would've given this company a 1 star review if not for Bela. She was kind and patient. She listened and helped me with a very confusing issue. Multiple other agents pretended not to see my number on the call display and provided a false birthdate and address asking me to confirm.

With any phone security protocol agents shouldn't provide any information. They should only receive it. When I asked why they were offering info rather than asking for it, every single one hung up on me and called back leaving a msg on the house phone of the home I was visiting for the first time in 6 years. Super weird. No idea how they got the number.

I called back and luckily got Bela who resolved everything.

Richard was cool and very easy to talk to. Paying my debt with the was easy! Richard walking me through the whole process, even typed up a letter letting the credit bureau know that I had paid my debt in full. This company will illegally harass you, even if you don't have any debts for them to collect.

They’ve been calling me non stop asking for a male. I’ve told them they have the wrong number, I block them they call from another number. Harassment asking me who I know and for my full name!? Called me THREE yikes today asking for someone I don’t know. These people have to be a scam.

Bela is one of the best agent I have ever talked too. She is very calm and tries her best to help me. She solved 100% of my problem by directing me to the right person.

Extremely rude agent when I called back. Don't call, just leaves voicemails because they're number is automatically listed as spam. I had to make the change on my phone to accept their number. No letter in the mail to notify account change, just a bot leaving a voicemail. They said I owed thousands more than what was on my case before I got Credit Canada involved.

As horrible as it is to have something go into collections. Every once in a while you get someone/agent (David Thrasher ext. 2582) who talks to you as a normal human being and understands that "life" happens and sometimes you can't make a payment on time. David was more than happy to help me out and come up with a solution that would fit my life at Thales time.
He cares and it's a breath of fresh air.truly.

They have the wrong phone number, I’ve told them countless times that I am not the person they are looking for, it clearly has my name on my voicemail yet they continue to call and leave messages. The same girl calls every time and apparently wants to waste her time and mine by not looking for the correct person. A harassment complaint should be filed against this company.

My name is Tamar Francis I was dealing with Omar Singh. He help me with my debts I couldn’t pay in full and he reduced the amount to what I could pay. Thank you very much for everything you did for me.

I know no one enjoys dealing with debt collections but if you have to David Thrasher is the man to deal with. He is extremely pleasant as well as patient. There was no harassment for more money than I could afford. He was empathetic to my situation and legitimately wanted to work with me. I hope FDR realizes they have a gem and gives him the accolade he deserves!

The manager took my case and handled it with extreme professionalism & in a timely manner. We resolved the delinquent charges and as much as I hate to admit, I’ve made a friend during our discussions.

David Thrasher is the only person who has actually tried to understand the situation I personally was in and actually went above what was asked of him to get things done for me.

If it wasn’t for David, I can guarantee that I wouldn’t be in the position I am now going forward with paying off these debts and helping easy some of the stress that comes with having debt.

All it takes is for someone to try and understand and not make you feel like garbage because most of the time those people already feel horrible because having debt is embarrassing and you don’t feel good knowing you have it.

Isaac (7137) was fine to work with; however, I don't like that in my email following a closed account, it mentions that their release letters can take up to 60 days, but if you leave them a 5 star review, they'll expedite it, receiving it within a week. That kind of coercion doesn't sit well with me, even if it seems harmless.

Well, my experience in dealing with financial debt recovery was simply and helpful. My previous case officer was patient and have empathy for the debt I have owed, and have brought me to a fare payback payment plan, that reduced my outstanding debt getting me to finish my payments in a short amount of time.

Of course dealing with debt collectors is never fun but I did have a very positive experience with a lady named Tamara. She was very polite and patient and directed me quickly on how to resolve my problem. Thank you

I Just had an EXTREMELY positive experience dealing with one of the FDR representatives (Nick Michailidis). He was very helpful in assisting me to settle my debt with their company. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND: record their conversations. The way they speak, the way they treat people, and the way they harass people is absolutely disgusting. Just because someone owes you money does not give you the right to make fun of them and abuse them. Simple!

How is this place even legally allowed to call people and harass them the way they do? They’re literally sitting on the other side having fun harassing people, making fun of their names, and then hanging up on them! After I hung up on them seeing they’re just laughing and having a good time instead of taking me seriously, I hung up. He actually called me back and said oh you hung up on me, and then hangs up. How is this okay? ! Why are we allowing such immature people to be collecting debt? !? ! The manager also is a simple joke! I told them so many times that I’m not the person they’re trying to reach and after saying they’ll remove my number they CALL ME AGIAN after few weeks! My voicemail clearly says MY name not the person they’re looking for but yet keep calling. This is sooo frustrating. I will update this comment every time they call now. As of July 11,2023 they said they will not be calling me again.

I must say Julius was very helpful.
Always i find him very cooperative and listen to the case in depth explains every thing in depth.
I had some amount due which i paid but company case was dealt by Julius and helped me.
Very professional, I think he is a good team man.

I owe nothing to these people, yet they continue to harass me with multiple calls everyday.once I called them about this, they proceeded to say I don’t have an account open with them. So not only do they admit to scam calling me over and over, I owe nothing to this predatory group. Absolutely disgusting business.
