Upon entering the clinic everything is fast and efficient went in yesterday for a ultrasound of the upper abdomen and tech was so rude in her actions. When asked to breathe in and out facing her I was asked by tech to place "a paper towel over my mouth. " Like wow what's wrong with u how rude are u if u don't want to work with a mask why are u making me cover my mouth with a paper towel how many ppl have she done this too. I called the clinic to address this the receptionist said she would let management know and I would be following up because an sure she wouldn't. I work in Healthcare and found this so disrespectful for future tech can wear a mask don't ask client to cover face with paper towel. What is wrong with you.

Yesterday, we had X-Rays and an Ultrasound done. My wife was in a lot of pain, so it was important for us to move quickly. We were impressed with the politeness and professionalism of every team member, who made a great effort to accommodate our needs. I want to specifically commend Sanjeev for his exceptional care. This team is truly outstanding and any organization would be lucky to have them.

Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Misbah was polite, respectful and very kind. Highly recommend this place.

It was the first pregnancy ultrasound and Dr. Mehnaaz was very caring and she helped me through it…I had great experience…

Didn't see a single person hanging around the waiting room meaning they schedule for their actual capacity rather than hoping for cancellations. My ultrasound was very fast and professional. Staff was polite and accomodating. I was exceptionally nervous but staff didn't make me feel weird about refusing the more invasive tests.

I have been going to this clinic for years, always had a great experience, welcoming environment and warm people. However, i never have been treated so poorly. The ultrasound technician was so rude, disrespectful and she made me feel unwanted. I was told I was her first patient of the day amd that's how ypu start ypur morning. Disgusting, uts bad enough going in there you are nervous and filled with emotions, now I have to deal with a careless technician. I guarantee that was my last visit.

I like this place and staff with my previous experience and I booked the ultrasound test for my spouse here but had an unexpected experience which is unacceptable. I took my spouse for OB<18 weeks ultrasound referred by family doctor. Technician and facility on the day of procedure everything was top notch. After the test came to know that expected date of delivery is Jan 5,2024. We were excited and opted for subscription to view the reports through pocket health and paid $55 right away to review the report. After a day got a notification saying the report is ready, with lot of excitement logged into the account and accessed the report and the ultrasound images. On the images of ultrasound it’s clearly mentioned that EDD is January 5,2024 but there is a BALUNDER ERROR with EXPECTED DATE OF DELIVERY in the report by the radiologist as January 15 instead of January 5, that’s not the end of it also says the year will be 2023. The actual EDD is January 5,2024. How come someone makes this error when we are getting this test to find out the expected date of delivery!? When I called the facility to check why there is two different dates and how come the radiologist thinks the delivery is going to be on backdated instead of future year, the lady on the line said to call the family physician and discuss this. I don’t understand how irresponsible and careless transcriber is and looks like radiologist signed it electronically without even looking at the report. Instead of apologizing for the mistake staff on the phone said it might be an typo and will update the report that’s it and hanged the phone, but even after the whole day gone til now I see the same report with error. I can’t even share the report now with my loved ones as the date is inaccurate. I am registered nurse and I feel this so so unfair to the client with misinformation/typo/error by transcriber or radiologist or whoever is responsible for the report at the facility before uploading on the account. I don’t know what to say about this mistake!

Poor service cancelled my appointment. They don’t want to work I will not recommend at Fenchgate Blvd.

I've been to Ann several times and she has always been very friendly and always makes me feel at ease. She's absolutely amazing and I hope she never leaves that location. Always a great experience with her!

This place has gone totally downhill. Used to be much better. They are very abrupt and rude now. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the last time I was there, thinking maybe it was a bad day but after trying them again I definitely won’t be going back. I don’t know if there is new management or what but definitely not the same level of service

I called in the morning to book my ultrasound and fortunately, the receptionist was kind enough to get me in today Saturday afternoon. Free parking also, just make sure to bring your requisition and plate number. I did not know I had an X-ray to do and the front desk girls were able to get me in quickly. The technicians were welcoming. Facility was nicely renovated and clean also. Great job everyone.

I went to this place for my OB ultrasound, and luckily it was performed by Misbah! She was so supportive and cooperative throughout the visit. Excellent service. Thanks Misbah! You are awesome!

Was in today for 3 different ultrasounds as ordered my my Doctor.
Staff at front desk were friendly and welcoming, gentleman who did my testing was professional, and efficient.
Office and exam rooms were very clean.
I was in and out in just over 1 hr.
Fast, friendly and efficient.
Will be back if I ever need ANY ultrasounds.

Had a wonderful experience during my OB scan with Binish. She is patient, kind, intelligent, and very helpful. At other clinics they often don’t communicate much with you but she was really awesome. Thank you

The lady at the front desk didn't let me know before I gave her the form that the x-ray machine isn't working. She makes me wait for so long. I left the place because she told me ill have to wait half an hour more. Also, she said there's more patients waiting to get their x-rays done but it didn't seem like it. I don't think she was being honest!

Not to freindly environment.specially girl with golden hairs don't know if she is just receptionist or technician but she had so much attitude staring at me like I'm alien.no freindly technician I asked her if everything is ok she said talk to ur doc straight up like with no manners ok fine ofcourse we will talk to doc about reports but for a moment of time artless we can get some releif in our head I went there for first time n will never go agaain

Went here for the very first time to get an ultrasound and x ray and I have to say the service was quick and friendly. Binish was amazing and very kind while doing my ultrasound and Sanjeev was friendly and patient while doing my x ray. They made me feel less nervous and more relaxed throughout both processes.

Everyone was pretty nice and pleasant. The wait time for me wasn't long at all. Neither was the actual X-ray. I was in and out.

Very helpful staff. Cooperated a lot during appointment setup and visit. The reception staff is polite and helpful and the technician is an amazing lady accommodating requests.

It was my first scan at 12 weeks pregnant so I was very concerned about Covid-19 measures. When I called to make the appointment I was assured to hear that they take the measures very seriously. Upon arrival, my temperature was taken at the door and I filled out a quick questionnaire. Inside, the clinic was spotless and well maintained, hand sanitizer was readily available and the waiting room was set up to ensure social distancing. My parking was validated which was nice. The reception staff were dressed in PPE and were professional, friendly and made me feel at ease. My ultrasound technician was also very professional and made me feel safe and ensured I was comfortable. The scan was thorough and she explained the doctor will follow up with all the results. Would come back to this clinic for future work as I find other clinics in Brampton dirty and so disorganized and the staff are usually so rude and not at all helpful.

Everything looks fancy but theyre equipment printed off poor quality ultrasound pictures AND they have policies that aren't stated to the patients beforehand.

First pregnancy and it wasn't until the end when I asked to take a video or call my partner was I told that their policy is no cameras. When I got up I read a paper on the way saying that camera use is not prohibited due to patient confidentiality. Let me get this straight. I. THE PATIENT.who's not allowed to bring anyone with me cannot record due to patient confidentiality? !? !? How in the world does this make sense? !

I was so excited for my ultrasound and the experience and I left broken hearted.

At the entrance of the department, they took a good care of preventing Covid which I appreciated. However when I went to inside to do my ultrasound this morning, the lady she did my ultrasound has poor professional approach and her manner was in low level. I hope they look in to fix it.

Very good experience. Very clean office and they immediately took care of my ultrasound. And send the reports immediately as well as it was an emergency.

Literally the worst experience ever, i booked a appointment for 3: 20 and when i got there they said that i didn't book any and had to wait until 4: 20 to get a ultrasound and i waited until 4: 20, they made me wear the gown and waited another 20mins

Worst clinic ever! Went in for my ultrasound and the technician said because I was 10 minutes late she couldn’t show me the baby. I will never go back to these amateurs or let such an incentive person do my ultrasound again! Ladies take your health in your own hands. I would never recommend this clinic for any new mother.
I will certainly not be back. Horrible service and didn’t even say the heart beat. Terrible experience I left crying and with question marks about my babies well being.
Do not go here if you care for your pregnancy.

I've been to this place a few times.the first couple were okay. This time I have a great experience. The ultrasound technician was very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole experience. I only had to wait 5 mins before getting called in. The only thing I wasn't aware of is that we no longer have to pay for parking (so i already paid). You just go to the office and give your license plate to the front desk.

DO NOT GO THERE EVER.
You have to deal with rude technicians except for only one who had good bedside manners.
The other technicians seems like they are not enjoying their jobs and are angry. It is very stressful for patients who are already in pain and agony.
Apart from that they made a typing error in my ultrasound result due to which I had to undergo severe mental stress. I trusted my gut instincts and requested my doctor to send me for another ultrasound, that's when we found that the results were faulty. They never called my physician to rectify this error. We came to know after my physician called them. There were no apologies at all. On top of that the receptionist told me that in medical field these mistakes are very common, which I feel is very unprofessional and insensitive. Avoid going to this place ever.

The absolute worst and unprofessional medical facility I've ever been to. I've gone to this establishment 3 times for an ultrasound and each time was a disappointed. The last time I was there the ultrasound tech was eating a muffin while doing the procedure. I couldn't believe it and all 3 time they gave me an excuse saying their printer doesn't work so I couldn't get decent photos of my baby. This is my first child and they have ruined the experience for me. All 3 times they couldn't even find out the gender of my baby. This was frustrating for my husband and I. The receptionist always seemed like they didnt know what they were doing and looked confused each time I went. My OBGYN even told me that their report wasnt detailed and eventually got frustrated and told me to find a different establishment for my remaining ultrasounds. And this was without telling her my experiences with them. So I recommend that you DO NOT go to these people they will waste everyone who is involved time and they dont seem like they take their job seriously at all or even care. The only pro is the place is clean.

IF YOU ARE PREGNANT DO NOT GO HERE FOR AN ULTRASOUND!
I was going for weekly ultrasounds to monitor the size of my baby. My last ultrasound report indicated that my baby was approx 7 pounds at 37 weeks however after delivery a few days later, dr confirmed that the baby was over 9 pounds. This could have been very problematic as having a baby that size could of resulted in an episiotomy, c section or other complications. This was why my dr requested the weekly ultrasounds in the first place. If it wasn't for my intuition and my dr agreeing to induce 2 weeks before my due date i would of had a 10 pound baby and other complications.

Also, the staff (except reception) were not friendly. They share no information about baby.

Generally ultrasound and lab keep their appointments on time. Would be nice if some of the technicians were friendlier.

I had an Ultrasound done today for as a first time Mom.never had to have one before so was not 100% on what I was suppose to do/not to do - what the protocols were and it was not told to me at any point other then to ensure I had a full bladder.

After getting dressed for Exam - I was unsure where to go and asked one of the Receptionists who was extremely rude and told me that the tech would come out when she was ready. Well if anyone knows being pregnant and having a full bladder is torture, so I asked how much longer since it was early in the morning and they were already 20 minutes late for my appointment. Second, receptionist was nice to me and found the tech who finally took me in almost 25 minutes later.

The tech then rudely addressed me and didn't even say hello, I asked told her my husband was waiting and she said my husband was not allowed in the exam, i said that i was not informed of this and he was waiting otherwise I would have told him he had some time - but no she was running late so no time to tell him anything. My husband had to wait not knowing what was going on for almost an hour.

Throughout the entire exam she was extremely rude and uncaring - for a professional medical centre I was shocked - she kept rushing beacuse she was running late which is not my fault, I could barely see the screen so I just stared at the ceiling most of the time. It was an awful first time experience for me as an expecting mother and will be asking my doctor to go somewhere else next time.

I recommend for any expecting mothers if your Doctor recommends here to ask for somewhere else right away. Staff needs some training in sensitivity and kindness.

Went for an ultrasound recently. Arrived at 430pm for my 5pm appt and was told by the sonographer that I am lucky she was willing to stay late since I had "2 tests booked and didnt tell them" (even though I read verbatim what my requisition said when I booked my appointment). Front desk staff were great. The ultrasoud sonographer was condescending and rude, making snide comments throughout the procedure that I guess she felt since she was saying them in a nice and pleasant tone, that it was ok. Will never be going back here.
