If I could rate this clinic with negative stars I would. I've experienced nothing but problems with them. Throughout the pandemic the doctor refused to see me in person for issues that needed PHYSICAL attention. Eg 1) Weeks of pain and antibiotics not working finally resulted in me going to the ER to find that my intense ear pain was muscular and not an infection - something that would have been evident had someone seen me in person. That is 3 weeks on unnecessary antibiotics. Additionally, every specialist I have been referred to has been AWFUL. Eg 2) The doctor referred me to a specialist that was not taking patentes and the clinic refused to follow up for me stating that it was my responsibility to do so. I finally asked a family friend who is also a doctor to call on my behalf because they refused to speak to patients directly and FINALLY I got an answer stating that they're no longer accepting patients and that my file was basically in limbo.
They fail to communicate well and cancelled my appointment when I was 10 minutes late. No call to see if I was still coming - I was stuck in traffic due to the weather - yet they'll let you wait for hours if they're behind schedule.
10/10 would absolutely not reccomend. I will be looking for a new family doctor.

I have lived in all provinces within Canada due to work and I must say DR SHANKAR V.is one of the Besttttt doctors you could ever ever find in this country. Very helpful, professional, polite and so on. Me and my family had to visit him a few times in Brampton Ontario and he took care of us like his own family. We will definitely recommend him for sure.

Receptionist are terrible! They really need to work on their people skills and time management.

Dr Vaidyanathan is very efficient and knowledgeable in his field. I have seen him twice and couldn't stop writing a review for him. Very thorough with his work and explains every treatment procedure nicely. Takes us right on time for the appointments. Would highly recommend Dr V to any one who is looking for a physician.

The Reception.including the front office manager.mislead their patients. They cancelled a confirmed appointment with Dr Samir Shah, saying the Dr was out of town. I had to make a walk in appointment as I needed a prescription refill. Reaching there. I see Dr Shah present and working. Requested to be seen by Dr Shah (as I was there at 12: 30, my original time booked). I was told that I was not an urgent patient for him, so I will be seen by a walk in doctor.thats ridiculous. I advice the front desk to work more sincerely.

Doctor Vaidyanathan is good however time management has always been a challenge.its always a long waiting inspite of appointment.

Drs are good however time management is an issue, If you make an appointment then they should be more on schedule. Receptionists are good but when it comes to having documents faxed or received from tests they always seem to go astray, which isn't acceptable if it is time sensitive. Spoke to management about it but didn't get much feedback from him other than they are working on solving this issue. He even avoid me when I said I would like to speak to him in person. They should be looking for a new office manager.

Have always had good service with the receptionists and doctors. Would never consider changing.

Dr Sankar vaidyanathan.
I have been with this doctor for a few years now and it has been extremely frustrating to say the least. He would be a great person to have a beer with but that’s about all. He will have you visit multiple times for the same problem before taking any sort of action. This doctor abuses the fact that he gets paid per visit and will have you book another appointment if you have more than one issue.
This doctor will not support you or believe you if you are suffering from stress or depression. What’s more surprising is that news articles state that he himself sees a psychiatrist. The nerve of this doctor. I only found out about his terrible track record while writing this review. This doctor has a horrendous history of negligence and incompetence and it all makes so much sense now. His neglect has caused me tremendous harm and a reduction in quality of life. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

All the 1 stars aren’t giving enough of a reason to do as so. I have been seeing dr. Beard since I was born, 25 years straight with this amazing doctor, my mom went too her and took me too. I would never consider another doctors office. You need workups? Done
You need referrals? Done
You need paperwork or forms filled out for work, WSIB, immunization? Done
They are efficient at what they do but not everyone works in the medical field so of course from the outside looking in you see rudeness- I see dedication and focused nurses and receptionists dealing with 4 calls and email plus you standing over them tapping your health card like the impatient patient you are being. You booked a doctors appointment, you should know there is a wait. I’ve never had to wait longer than 15mins past my appointment time and it’s not like they take that 15 mins away from your appointment time so be patient and really understand what you are seeing before you judge! They have actually renovated the office it’s not drab or gross it’s, just, an office️if you want to see wait times lessen then don’t carry on about other things in the appointment, be aware of what you’re there for so you can have it attended to. One thing, if there’s many issues tell them so they can book an appropriate length of time or make a note of such. Be the type of patient you want others to be! It’s a good place if you really consider the service and efficiency of the property- Labs and xrays on site, physio around the corner? Fab.

Good doctors and nurses horrible front desk people. Called to see if there taking walkins, the lady says " well, we take walkins to 2: 00pm, what time is it? " It was 2: 01pm. I dont know the walkin times, no need to be rude

Awful, just simply awful. If you are not currently with this group. Find somewhere else to go, save yourself the trouble, headache, and stress. This place is utter chaos, it's painfully outdated, and the service that I have received over the past few years is enough to drive anybody crazy. I am doing everything in my power to find a new doctor, because I literally can not stand where I'm at right now. So disappointed in this office.
