I have just finished a file with Eric Findlay. The file started after my accident in 2019. I had never been involved in any claim and I had no idea how the process worked. I was extremely nervous. Eric is very perceptive and could sense my apprehension and anxiety and during the entire process he explained everything, step by step. And he explained everything in terms that I could understand and he took any fear away. Eric is undoubtedly one of the most compassionate people I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation to mine. He is extremely talented, knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to deal with.
