I have purchased a Hyundai Accent 2013 from Fine Motors. It had been used for 138k. Before receiving the key, they repaired the broken air vent and serviced the car and gave me a full tank! I've ridden it for 3 months and, it works great.

Updated: their work is good. The only thing is DO NOT BUY USED HYUNDAI OR KIA CARS. It doesn’t matter which dealership is!

Just be aware of the car you buy. You get friendly and easy service here but the car I bought has numerous problems that is just not worth my time to keep having to call and have them fix. Car was saftied, but the one brake caliper has uneven wear and engine/transmission codes keep popping up.

Better customer services and reasonable pricing, really recommended their services for car deals.

My daughter purchased a vehicle here, and when I saw the paper work I saw she's paying $16,000 in interest alone or 17% financing per year which is outrageous, so a $22,886 car will cost you $38,984. Buy somewhere else!

I checked out Fine Motors as my mechanic also owns this shop and the experience was great! I really didn't know much about what kind of car I wanted when I went in and Jamie and was super patient in working with me. He is very knowledgeable about cars and ended up teaching me a lot about different car brands. Him & Alia made the purchasing process super easy and I walked away with a vehicle in about 1 week!
After picking up my vehicle, I noticed a light whining sound while accelerating (between 40-50 km). I called Alia, then took my car over to Automotive Solutions to have it looked at. They couldn't quite figure out what the noise was but topped up my warranty to 1 year in case it ends up being an issue.

Probably the best dealership experience I have ever had. They really went beyond to get me financed.

Amazing customer service, Alia makes sure you're not only comfortable with the car but also with her which is huge for someone like me with people issue. I had a good experience at Fine Motors. Alia was very helpful and very polite. Some car dealerships have a reputation for being pushy, and not being upfront. At Fine Motors, they really are honest, up front and give you time to figure out what you want. The process of financing was super easy and Alia was very patient in answering all and any questions I had. I got my car about 3 days later. It was safetied, cleaned, had license plate covers, half a tank of gas and an oil change just completed on it.

A week later, my cars check engine light came on as there was a wear and tear issue with the coolant system/thermostat. They directed me to Automotive Solutions and fixed as quickly as they could for me. At Automotive Solutions, Omar was relatively kind and seemed knowledgeable. They were quick to respond to my issue and quick to help.

I took my car to my mechanic eventually just to have him give it a once over as well, and he said as well, that everything was good with it, and was very well maintained.

I would recommend them. They didnt pressure me, they were helpful and honest. They seem to have good cars, that are well kept for very reasonable prices. In my experience anyways!

I was in need of a car desperately and fine motors made it happen with in the week. I was even able to pick up my suv earlier do to the fact I had recently loss a family member. They also picked up me up because my old car wasn't working and drove me to my new car. Great place to get a used car! I had no problem and staff were up front and honest when asked questions and presented Carfax with out us asking. They fixed a few issues we had and the finance lady got me the best loan possible. Would go back to them any day for another vehicle!

Service is good, I got my 2010 Nissan Maxima from them for 10k I asked for the breaks to be fixed, fix the windows that squeak and to fix the back shades. The windows have never stopped squeaking the breaks started to squeak 3 weeks later. Only thing that is fixed is the back shade.

Hard to get a hold of them and never respond back and not as great as finance place as you think they wanted so much money down that I could basically buy a car out right with the money they wanted down, bad customer service
