Outstanding and talented professionals here, bring your gold in confidence. I had a small project to simply replace and reforge a pendant bail for a 2 tone piece that was a high end designer piece. The bail was originally in 925 silver, but because I pair this piece with another gold piece from the same designer, the bails were clashing - it would look better gold. This was a purely cosmetic project. I attached some before and after photos, as you can see it was a simple small project.

Within the same walk in session, the goldsmith was able to replace the entire bail into a solid gold 18k piece (from some recycled gold on the spot) the result looked outstanding! These guys are professional FAST and work on the spot. They melted the gold on the spot and even showed me and asked for my feedback during the process. I paid an excellent and fair price for the weight in gold and the work was superb.
