Best appetizer, but the main course was not so great. Music ia way too loud you cant hear the person next to you.

The service the quality of the food is so poor and awful, they served the main course at 12 a.m. That is so funny in North America to bring the food in the morning time. And also the volume of the music is so loud and it looks like they are serving the teenage kids.

The food is outstanding the generous plates are amazing. Thank you so much we definitely coming back.

Great for planning a small-mid sized event. Staff and management go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. Can't say enough about the service. Food was great too.

Came here for a post rehearsal dinner for my buddy’s wedding. Music was great but it was very loud and almost impossible to have any sort of conversation. Service was great and the only this we ordered was drinks and shishas so I can’t comment on the food. Would come back to try there food as it did look pretty good when other customers had ordered.

The place to be for good Middle Eastern Music, food and dancing! We celebrate birthdays and go out for couples night. We keep coming back as it is the best balance of food and entertainment.

This place is complete ripoff. They charged us 65$ per person for entry including some appetizer and we had 4 beer and 2 redbull and paid 250$. Just for 2 person. Complete scam. I wouldn't go there anymore.
I would say they should've charge us 180$ then it was ok but 250$ scam! Don't go there.

* The apprertizers are very good.
* The music is just way too loud, it hurts the ears.
* The service is not the best, if they know you they treat you well and if they don't good luck getting helped. We called the charcoal guy so many times, he walks by us and totally ignores us and pretend he didn't see us. * Gratuity is on the bill & when you pay it asks if you want to tip again, very misleading.
* Shisha is over priced $35

We have dined in here many times. Saturday night evenings and just the other day for lunch and I can honestly say 100x good things about this place. If your looking for yummy real Lebanese food, this is the place. We ordered a bunch of apps and they were endless. The mixed grill was our favourite. Service was wonderful, she was very patient with us (we took a while to order as we were chatting) and the drinks were delish also. Definitely worth the drive from Cambridge. Will be back!

Really it's very bad experience ever
Dinner comes too late after 2hrs also it's cold believe me you will not eat. By the way they don't care at all.

I booked a table for 5 people and then after we are surprised that they give us a small table that was enough just 4 people and we ordered food it came too late after one hour and a half and was very cold and Dj very bad. I'm not recommended.you gonna spend a lot of money for nothing.

The pita bread was served to us cold in a ziplock bag. I was honestly shocked. I mentioned it to the waitress and she said ‘oh, you want it warm? ’ I understand the service industry is struggling and there are a lot of new people after the pandemic, but this was shocking.

Worse costumer service I called lunch time to book a table they said yes I called before I leave they say we don’t have your table no more

The food was dirty the meat wasn't cooked well bad service the owner didnt care if the food was cooked or not gave us attitude my stomach started hurting because of the food disgusting restaurant.

Don't go to this terrible place, every day They have problems and police. 5 friends and I went. The food is cold. The place is dirty. And many problems and Very expensive.very bad place.

Not a good wrap. Ordered on skip the dishes and the lettuce was stale it just tasted like pickles. Even the chicken was not seasoned. They also messed up our order and did not send the side dishes.

The food was disgusting bad DJ the shisha was really bad and dirty there was barely any space to dance not organized at all.

Couple days ago me and my friends went there we ordered food they took so long to give us the food and when they finally got the food for us it wasn’t cooked well and we found hair in the food and we told them to take the food because we got disgusted and then we went to the washroom we found the washrooms so dirty there was blood on the toilet.everytime we complain about something they tell us if you dont like it leave and then the owner came he started swearing at us and kicked us out The place is so disgusting

We did an ladies night out event here. The people, the food, the atmosphere was some of the best. If you’re looking for a good time and good food, you should definitely check it out

Absolutely fantastic from quality of food, ambiance to service. It is quite obvious the amount of reviews this establishment has been receiving (in less then a week) are far from honest patrons, but rather FAKE and misleading. Try it for yourself and let the restaurant blow you away as it always has for us. Very sad this type of behaviour still exists. Servers are fantastic, very attentive and owners are absolutely accommodating to any event or evening. Will always be back, finally a authentic Lebanese experience in our own backyard!

I have been at this venue twice now and both experiences have been great. The food is great and the service is ever better. I definitely will recommend to others

My family and I have been to this restaurant more than once and each time we leave completely satisfied. Every aspect of the restaurant is outstanding and amazing. 10/10 would recommend to friends!

Seriously with my 30 years of Hospitality Experience, This Place is Missing a lot of customer service Experience, It’s look like the management forgot that’s we are in Canada, not Lebanon, I was there yesterday and there was a situation happened with a customer Really You The Owner should be a shamed of yourself how to allowed your employees act like that,
Remember Customer come first, It’s not worth the money you want to spend and be insulted, prices is so high, they mix alcohol with water to save more money. Food you need to work more on the quietly.

A couple months back I had attended a friends event here. I was very impressed by the restaurant. It served great food, had quick service, and an amazing atmosphere!

I was there in 2 weeks don’t recommend to any one the food its so cold and. Staff and manager are very rude.
The other middle east restaurant is better comparing with this place

I saw a lot of mistakes first when they changed our table because it is reserved for someone they may know and that it is a permanent customer and secondly they obligate you if you want to sit in the front you will have to buy a full bottle of alcohol that was poisoned because of him in any case I do not advise anyone to go to that place

On Christmas Eve, we booked four people and we were racing with reservation, we paid 4 people, basically, we take a suitable place.based on adult prices, and despite the presence of my 12-year-old son, they advised me to reserve a card for adults. The important thing is that we came to the party 3 people because My son did not go the big one he did not go with us and while sitting.they gave us an inappropriate place near the exit door.and when I eat my son gave a meal to the young children.even though I paid him a meal for the adults.someone told me from the restaurant that these meals are from the age 18 and less.and even soft drinks increased even though my son did not attend. I do not advise anyone to go there

Clean and very nice servers. Loved the place and the shishas as well. Music was fantastic, only con is that the music was way too loud and sounded distorted slightly because of it. Would recommend this place either way!
