It is also convenient to book one’s appointment through phone, so I definitely recommend this salon! They also serve good coffee.

I had my first experience at Fiorio Square One today, and it was truly exceptional. The staff radiates warmth and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I was fortunate to have Jaden as my hairdresser—her talent, passion, and kindness were evident throughout. Jaden not only transformed my hair remarkably but also demonstrated a keen eye for detail, tailoring the style to my face shape. She shared practical and personalized hair care tips, along with recommending excellent products. Jaden's approachability and friendliness made the entire experience delightful. Without a doubt, I'll be returning, and I highly recommend Jaden for a top-notch hairdressing experience.

I received a fantastic haircut and style from Neha. She also offered advice on how to maintain the texture and styling of hair. Neha is a fantastic choice if you have hair issues.

Got my Hair bleached and coloured by Dhwani and cut my Joanna any they were both lovely to to work with. They are patient, understanding and help me look my best!

Had my haircut done by Eleanor. She is very honest about your hair and it’s very helpful. Totally recommend consultation prior to haircut to get yourself a personalized haircut! Gave me hope after I falsely thought it had been damaged.

Few weeks later, got balayage highlights done by Dhwani. Again consultation helped a lot. She was very open to my thoughts and got me exactly what I needed. Very patient and sweet. Try it out for yourselves for a wonderful change!

I had my first haircut at fiorio with Jaden, she was absolutely lovely and with the help of Adriana I got tinsel in my hair. Everybody was absolutely lovely and I am extremely satisfied with my hair. Nothing bad to say about the salon and will definitely be coming back!

After a few years, I went back and suddenly got the stylish I last had. It was meant to be!

I have curly hair, rushed me off because they were falling behind. I left the salon with very frizzy hair had to go to another salon in Erin mills to get it fixed. On top of all that they charged me extra because it took them more time. I can usually do my own hair within 1 hour only that day I had no time to do it on my own. Was absolutely a waist of my time and money. If you have any sort of textured or thick hair wouldn’t recommend at all.

Amazing haircut with Eleanor, she’s very professional and she will make sure you get what you asked for. I’m definitely not changing hairstylist anymore thank you Eleanor!

Jaden was such an amazing hair stylist! Honestly I’ve never felt more comfortable and more happy with my hairstyle than I have with Jaden. Her work surpassed multiple haircuts and styles I’ve had done with professionals with years — or decades — of experience. I would recommend her to anyone, and will be doing so to friends!

It’s now been 4 years since I moved to Canada and after having visited quite a few salons/stylists I can confidently say I have finally found my go-to place. Eleanor is such a lovely and welcoming person and delivered on the exact style I wanted and that complements me. Can definitely say I am going to become a regular here.

I went to Fiorio for the first time a week ago. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel so comfortable. They give you time by actually listening to your concerns and never rush you. My hair was done by Jayden, and I was very happy with the results. I have finally found a hair salon where I will go to for all my future appointments.

The photo with long hair is literally ONE YEAR after Celine did my balayage - if that's not quality i don't know what is.

After leaving the hospital, i was feeling terrible and Thomas chopped off all my negativity and gave me the fresh new cut i need to face the world with confidence! The man is a wizard with scissors.

Sister got her hair done and it was splotchy and horrible. I really don’t recommend going there.

My stylist today was Jaden and she did an outstanding job. I went there for a haircut and she was really sweet as well as made me comfortable. I love my new hairstyle and face framing completed by her. I will highly recommend this place as the staff is pleasant and friendly. 10/10.

My fiancé and I get our hair cut by Thuy - she is amazing. She specializes in Korean style haircuts, and they always turn out beautiful. Thuy not only cuts hair well, she really takes the time to listen to what you specifically want (in detail) and to make suggestions based on your face shape/her recommendations! She is what makes us keep coming back to fiorio ️ I also used to use their clarifying shampoo when I worked at a pool, to get rid of chlorine in my hair, and it was really great! I would recommend that product.

Absolutely Bizarre! The girl picked up the phone at square one location. Put me on Hold first which was fine. Then she picked up the phone I asked about the highlights pricing. I started quoting it from the website and she then hung up the line. I called the second time. The owner got on the phone and started beating around the bush instead of admitting the pricing on the website are incorrect, but he would honour no of that! Pathetic customer service and no understanding of customer service.

Got an amazing trim & layered cut from Jaden at Fiorio. Really enjoyed the scalp massage and beautiful fragrance of the products she used. Jaden was a delight to talk to, had a lovely disposition, provided helpful hair tips & she did a wonderful job of framing the front of my face with layers. Highly recommend:)

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I spent more than $250 for a hair cut and color. When I came home I noticed that my roots look different color than the rest of my hair, she told me that she will make sure it looks blended but it’s not. I regret going to this place and not Donato.
Monika, my colourist was rude and very unprofessional. I am not sure if she’s the manager but I heard her saying things that she shouldn’t in-front of customers, for example some co ops students were working while I was getting my hair done and another hair stylist was teaching them how to count inventory and Monika kept on saying that co ops students are not allowed to count inventory as things might go missing. Very professional infront of clients?

Also you pay for a professional to do your hair but they make the co op students do half of the work which they never disclose when they book you in, which is not right….

Overall the service wasn't great, I felt I was rushed so I could pay them and leave

I've been going to Fiorio for at least 8 years, and I've never been disappointed. They will take their time to educate you on maintaining your beautiful hair. I am so pleased with how my hair turned out! It's exactly what I wanted.

First time tried this salon for colouring my virgin hairs. I asked for wine and purple mix balayage. I got what I asked for. Really good service and highly recommend to friends.

This is my favourite salon for hair. You get to experience really nice people that always remember you. Amazing service and never disappointed! I am in good hands with my hair:)

My hairstylist, Nisha, took the time to talk about the cut beforehand, and I love the way it turned out! She was very thorough and precise with my cut, making it look sleek and fabulous! I enjoyed my experience and I will return again in the future.

Professional guys are working so no need to worry about how the outcome will be. They will give you exactly what you have asked for. Went for a haircut and highlights. More than impressed with how it turned out.

Got my hair cut here from a woman named Tui a few months back. Tui did a horrendous job cutting my hair. I asked for something very simple. I just wanted a trim and I asked her to give me a slight 'U shape' to my hair in the back. Tui's attempt at giving me a 'U shape' was laughable. I don't know how she can't even manage something so basic. They told me that she had a few years of experience cutting hair. However, I feel like she's worse than a junior stylist. In all honesty I feel like I went to a cheap salon - like first choice haircutters.

I wasted around $70 here. I had to visit another salon to fix my hair. She needs more training on how to cut basic hairstyles.

I do not recommend Tui to anyone unless you're getting her to cut your hair straight across.

Extremely unprofessional, a friend of mine recommend this place so I went for a consultation with a master and even staff was not friendly, I was about to book an appointment for balayage until the hairstylist I met with (Catherine) asked me if I need to hairstyle my hair after. I advised that I just want a blow dry after and I was shocked by her response that we can only blow dry a small piece of your hair! All they care about is money not customer service despite their expensive prices it wasn’t a matter of just blow drying the customer hair! Definitely won’t book an appointment there and won’t recommend it to anyone

I had severely fried hair due to bleaching and I was desperate to make my hair look like hair. So a friend suggested me to go to Fiorio and ask Monika to fix my hair for me. I talked to Monika, she took the time to look at my hair and suggested a few things in a very professional manner. She was being very kind, polite and actually made my hair look something like those commercials. Like to this day I am amazed at how someone can make BURNT hair look so beautiful. I would really recommend getting your hair done by Monika and to be honest the rest of the staff was very kind too which I have not noticed at a lot of other salons.highly recommend it!

Catherine is a superstar colourist! She’s such a nice person, and is absolutely amazing at her job. When I first met Catherine, she fixed a poor balayage done by someone else. Since then, I have only seen her! Every time I get my hair done by her, I receive endless compliments everywhere I go! It’s insane how she takes my VERY dark brown/black hair, and makes it super ash every time. It’s amazing. If you’re looking for someone to colour your hair and are feeling nervous, I’d schedule a consult or appointment with Catherine!

High price but not to my standard.
Went for a hair cut and was recommended a senior hair stylist, Tom. I have no idea how they rate junior, senior, director level. I was looking for a professional hair cut with STYLE.when i saw him to use the scissors with teeth, I knew it immediately this guy is not a cutter. Bottom line, I paid for a senior level hair cut but I felt like an apprentice could do the same style of hair cut. Obviously, I won't go back again.

I come to Fiorio each month and look for Eleanor to help, she is professional, fun, and with good skills! Everything I feel 100% relaxed as I know I am in good hands, price is very acceptable with the satisfactory result!

I've been searching for a new hairdresser for a while now (one that I want to come back to). I saw Thomas in about 2 months ago and I will definitely be coming back to see him again. Aside from being extremely good at his job, he is kind and enjoyable to talk to. He listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I cut off about 6-7 inches of my hair which I was very nervous about, but he reassured me and made sure I was certain before doing so. 2 months later and I'm still very happy with the cut he gave me.

She suggested products that actually would suit my hair. Her station was neat and clean. She was professional. And she knows what she is doing. I came back happy with my healthy hair. Adriana cut my hair and I am super happy with the results, she listened and cared about what I wanted done with my hair ans spent enough time on it to make sure it is absolutely perfect. They did they're best being careful with the Covid-19 situation and were extremely pleasant with customers

I spent a long time salon-hopping until I found the perfect colourist here at Fiorio - Karen! Many times at other salons, colourists don't always take the time to listen to exactly what you want - and even if they do, they don't always listen. But Karen, in particular, is everything I've always looked for in a colourist - professional, prompt, attention to detail, and listens to exactly what you want! She is incredibly talented and I've gone to her for my balyage 4 times in the last couple of years and she's always delivered an amazing blend and the perfect color. She really takes her time to understand what you want. I don't trust anyone else with my colour - thank you, Karen, for all your time and talent!

I got a blowdry here and although the staff are very nice, the price is insane. I paid double what I usually pay at a different salon and I although my hair looked nice I could’ve received the same service anywhere else at half the price. I would love to understand why they charge so much.

I totally recommend Karen for your colouring needs I got my hair done by her a couples of months ago it was my first time I was scared but she totally made me feel so good with the result I can say she's very professional and confident in what she does go and book with her!

It's my first time having my hair dyed. I was so nervous and excited at the same time. But Catherine, my colourist, really made sure she's gonna give me the best balayage colour. And she kept her promise! I really love the new colour of my hair. Even my family liked it!

One of the greatest salons<3 I am obsessed with this place. No matter how busy I am or they are, I will wait to get my haircut or hair color from them. Yeah it's a lil expensive but worth it as Quality Matters. Great customer service. Very friendly people all around.

Eleanor was fantastic to deal with! She cut my very long, very thick hair exactly how I wanted it. She cut probably 7-8” off and left it perfectly shaped, layered, and removed all the bulk!
She styled it so beautifully and really took her time. I am able to style it myself so easily now. It isn’t frizzy or ‘poofy’ it’s just perfect! Eleanor is amazing:)

I was here to get a good haircut on New Year.
I would say Andrew is their one of the best hairstylist who suggested me the haircut (however, I had a different style I. My brain) but he explained why that haircut would not suit me. I walked out of there as a different person. I loved the hair cut, and the customer service they provide is awesome.
I would definitely recommend this place. And Go to Andrew for a better haircut.

I used to come regularly to see Eleanor but moved away to Winnipeg, after 4 years I haven’t been able to find anyone who can style my hair like her. I was super excited to be able to book with her when I come to visit Mississauga because of her high level of expertise and skill. Great service but TERRIBLE haircuts. Considering the price - I thought they would at least try to understand my haircut request. Instead they did thier own thing to MY hair. I just wish that if they couldn't do what I was asking, they would had the courtesy to say so. I would have gone somewhere else and I would'nt have the worst cut of my adult life.the very WORST! As a fix I've been told to go to Danato's and ask for Helen - because at least she listens to what you want. After this 2nd cut, I will have spent over 200 dollars. So peeved off with this place!

They took me evenn though it was getting closer to the late evening I really appreciate that they had that time and obviously someone cancelled and thank goodness I met the person that I was able to talk to and he was wonderful and I recommend Fiorio in SQUARE ONE

Attention to the best, each person who works there are very kind, attentive and very pleasant in their conversation. Do not feel the time that goes by working on your hair because they offer you a drink to taste and there are magazines to read if you want. In my special case, the attention of Tammy, Alexandra and Lora was one of the best experiences I had in a beauty salon. Congratulations to the company for having very nice people working in that place. The price is very good, because the attention received is wonderful. Everyone must go with them, satisfaction guaranteed.

Overall a great location. Can get very busy and may be challenging to book with some stylists. Most staff are knowledgeable and do their best to make their customers happy.

The weirdest haircut experience, Nick was just mean to me the whole time, he kept telling me how bad my hair is and how he doesn’t like being in hair salons. Also we agreed on a specific hair cut and then he did something totally different. It looks fine but not what I asked for.

HORRIBLE is the word. I cannot think of a more worse haircut experience than what I had at Fiorio-Squareone recently. It was my first time at Fiorio, ok so I have a very short hair, to begin with, I just wanted to trim it a bit and style it. I went for a Level-1 stylist since my hair is easy to cut and style. After taking my time and explaining to the stylist what I want, he did none of it and did what he thought would look good on me. And in spite of telling the stylist, I m not happy with the haircut he was adamant that after my hair wash it will look better. I ended up paying $80 for this silly stupid haircut. I come home, the next day had a hair wash and my hair is looking horrible as I was expecting. I called Fiorio and complained about it, they told me to come again and they will assign a Level-3 stylist to fix my hair. So I go to the same place for the second time and guess what, the Level-3 stylist again refuses to cut my hair the way I want. He kept on insisting that if he does anything else to my hair, it will look horrible. I m like, it won't since I have had the same hair cut/style since ages. But no, like the first stylist even this stylist refuses to hear me out. Not only he did nothing to fix my hair but didn't even blow dry or style my hair. I had to go to a different Salon the third time to fix my hair and make it look decent enough to go to work or step outside my home.

Highly Disappointed and I will never recommend anyone to go to Fiorio-Squareone. I can get it if it was just one stylist who got it wrong, But even the second one and same result, it's just plain RIDICULOUS.
