I popped into town today on my motorcycle to visit Fire and Flower on Brock St. I made my purchase online but phoned their store to ask If I could still have curbside service even though the restrictions have been lowered. Tyler informed that curbside would not be a problem and just to phone when I got there. Luckily Tyler was outdside at the door and he quickly checked my ID and brought my purchase outside and gave it to me. Great service, courteous and polite manner. I recommend Fire and Power on Broick St to anyone looking for quality weed along with quality service. Greg

Clean, well lit, and staff are very friendly/helpful. With tablets staff can come to you, answer questions and help you order. Then send it to the desk for processing.

Only tried to check it out once, got turned away from the door using my passport as I. D.because "people under 25 have to show two pieces of I. D. " which was confusing as I was born in 93 and im 28.guess either the door person couldnt read or deemed me not cool enough to spend money at fire and flower.

Such an elegant name I have to say.

The fire and flower are one of two stores that opened downtown Kingston that sell Marijuana products.

Now when they first opened they had hiccups like all stores do when there first born.

To be honest I didn't care for the fire and flower for the first few months of opening mostly because some of there employees knew about mary Jane from before but didn't feel like any real experience.

I felt like when I walked in there they were trying to hard to help me.
The few times I let them one employee would just jump to this one strain say here you will like it thank you have a nice day. Like yea right buddy.

So that put me right off and I became a fan of spirit leaf.

Then the virus hit and each store was truly tested.

With in a few days to a week FF had its employees in there and they were up an running like a well oiled machine and I really respected that because someone rocks at doing there job to make all this happen.

At the same time spirit leaf was shut right down. Doors closed for weeks and I wrote them off. After that there's no way they will recover.

So FF got some experience with the people and grouch better. Now it's like saved by the bell. A place you want to go and chill at.

So great job Fire & Flower. You've earned my respect.

I'm really glad there's two stores so close to each other because it will keep each store on there toes.

They have a good selection and the price is reasonable. My wife really likes the CBD products and I like the smokable. They have something for both of us.

Honestly one of the best places to get weed and staff is absolutely delightful, definitely a place I'll be back too in the future. Thanks Team for the excellent service.

Sup-herb visit last night. Everybody was on the ball, polite and professional. Pricey, however it's top quality product. I don't mind being carded at the door and at purchase but even so they're super efficient and organized.

This place is great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and their product is top notch. They seem to be one of the first to have anything that is new to the legal market.would recommend.

When my regular store shut down during the pandemic, I decided to try Fire and Flower. They had curbside pickup which worked very well. The best thing they had was DELIVERY. It was much easier than taking the bus downtown etc.

Very nice and friendly. The i.d. Thing makes sense, but not considering the way dangerous substances are sold at other stores. Gas stations sell cigarettes and alcohol now. No i.d. To enter the store. So a substance that causes death that you can physically handle off a shelf to carry to counter. No i.d. Until you pay. But weed behind a counter requires i.d. To enter the building? Hahaha.

Turned away with valid Ontario driver's license. Never had an issue at a restaurant, lcbo, bar, beer store, or spirit leaf. Just save your time and go elsewhere
