Brandon went above and beyond helping me find other viable options, and was really respectful, as there was another gentleman working there being rude and smirking because I wasn't happy to hear about some high prices on some certain strains.

Other than that, products are good

I never give a review but I just had to after my amazing experience here. Stephanie helped me and was extremely kind and accommodating. She answered all my questions and was very welcoming/friendly. You really don't see customer service like that anymore and she really made my day!

I've been to the Sheridan mall location bout 5 times an usually same girl at counter an i gotta truly say she's a lovely an super polite girl an very helpful an makes it pleasure togo I gotta say good hire their.just I wanna join an trying ti find you menu thou.

My first time at this shop & I had a great experience.
I was immediately helped by an employee named Achè. She was so kind & extremely knowledgeable about all the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for plus a few extras.
Overall, great experience, will definitely be back!

It's just a regular standard government supplied shop, but the staff are what make it shine. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure I had an awesome experience shopping, I didn't even know about the delivery service before talking to her.

Aché was so tremendously helpful, I came in a bit confused on the best options but she really showed me the way! I also loved how nice and clean the store was.

I had high hopes for this dispensary but have experienced only issues so far. They couldn't live up to their rapid delivery promise and once I got product that was insufficient (brand new pre-roll that was only partially filled). Most annoying is the store because you can't even step inside. You have to hold a heavy door open to place the order while passerbys look on. They got 3 stars because the product is very good. If you can ever get to it.

Friendly and helpful staff who are good with recommendations if you want them. Orders have always been filled correctly and promptly and the website is easy to use. The location is also super convenient and easy to access, which is appreciated. Have not yet been inside, as they have been closed to the public since opening due to COVID, but I look forward to an in-store buying experience soon.

This location opened up just opened up a couple of days ago. Excellent customer service and very strong stuff. They helped me at the door because of the social distancing thing. It would have been nice to get in but I understand. I got a great recommendation from a guy I think is named Jesus. I had a fantastic experience. I'll definitely be back.

First time I go. They don't ID me. Second time I go they ID me. It was dry and stale too.
Then I go to new location on Friday at Jane and wilson.stale and dry! A friend also bought product on the same day, that was stale and dry too. There is no freshness packet inside like other shops have. SHOWS ME THAT THEY DONT REALLY CARE about quality! Only bout their pockets. The Staff and security were great tho

Aliyah was super nice and attending to me. The second time I came with my service dog, I was denied access to go in, which you know.kinda illegal.

Small menu, small store, absurdly overpriced items, other than that staff is nice and interior decent
