Love the theme. Large variety of specialty pizzas. Great menu, great music and a very lively place.
The layout is good and it's a nice vibe. The wings were delicious and the drinks were good. Customer service was great but I wasn't too happy the hostess made me eat my ice-cream bar in the cold (winter) before I was allowed to be seated. Rules are rules I guess but Christ let me into the warm.eating ice-cream in the cold was already a risk lol.

I must say our server was excellent.very good service and deportment.

Wonderful Tom and Jeff made out already great time at blue mountain Village much better with yummy pizza and pasta. Kudus to the team at front and cooks in the back.

If you notice the common theme with 1 star reviews here is that a lot of brown people that come to this restaurant get noticeably less amount of attention and a lot of avoidance from staff. My wife and I were ignored, servers weren’t making eye contact, I had to ask for my server every single time I needed something, not once did he come to my wife and I. We noticed the same with other brown people that came to eat here as well. A certain demographic were entertained and were attended too constantly, but brown people in specific weren’t getting helped at all. Didn’t help the food was garbage and the dessert inedible. It could be that if you get the two can dine, they just treat you like lesser customers. Who knows, but this place is terrible… would not recommend.

Great service, server was very knowledgeable about Celiac. Always great food and consistent service.

The pizza was great. Staff were attentive despite being very busy. Eating outside by the pond with the live music was awesome.

Great pizza as always. My son loves going here more for the firehall and related gear, than the pizza, but they both add up to a positive experience. They also make a good Caesar, and service overall has always been pleasant on our visits to this restaurant.

The food was excellent as usual. Love the pizza combinations, so different, so delicious! And the service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Great pizza place when visiting the village. Has a nice patio and indoor seating. It does get busy at times and might have a lineup at times however well worth the wait.

Service was pretty fast considering the amount of people there. Staff were very friendly as well. Nothing special about the pizza, a bit more expensive than usual but that's expected from a tourist area. Overall a pretty good experience all things considered.

Horrible takeout experience. Took many attempts to order by phone. Awful service at takeout window, very rude staff. Order was wrong. Food was cold and very expensive. Understand that restaurants in the village are all short staffed but this was a Tuesday and not very busy. Will not go there again.

Expensive for mediocre food. Two kids meals and two adult meals came out to $100. That's a heck of a bill for food that was just okay. I wanted to love it. Just didn't. Tried the kids food. It was okay. Just not worth the price, same as everything else at Blue mountain in the summer.

I can’t say more good things about this place - it was the best place we ate at while at Blue Mountain resort. The first evening I got nachos, which was huge and they loaded on the cheese. My boyfriend and I are both vegan, so it was nice that a restaurant offered non dairy options. Unsure of what cheese this was, most definitely not Diaya, as it was delicious. My boyfriend got the Beyond burger, which he raves about.

The second evening it was so packed that we had to sit at the bar, which we were fine with. We both got margherita pizzas, which was delicious! I would say one pizza is good enough for one person, as it has six mini slices. The staff was very friendly, with covid restrictions you must scan a QR code for entry and to view the menu. But for those individuals that are unable to scan it, they ask you the covid questions prior to entry and give you a paper copy of the menu.

Today, my family and I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. It was a heavy rain day. We went there to put our name on the waiting list and we were told that there is a 45 to 60 minute wait. After our turn came, we got seated outside and we even mentioned that there is heavy rain but were told that there is an umbrella. In any case, the water was still coming through as the weather was terrible and we decided to cover ourselves inside in the corridor. A manager, according to her behaviour, then gave an order to one of the employees to not let anyone take cover in the corridor when the rain got even worse and that we should leave. I tried to explain to her that we were sitting in her restaurant in the patio at a very inconvenient spot considering the weather and that we want to simply take cover. She then proceeded to say "thank you" in a passive-aggressive manner which was very rude and did not even try to guide us to another table inside or even apologize if they were full. I am very surprised that this sort of behaviour came from a manager or a supervisor which makes me wonder what I should expect from their subordinates.

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the service and treatment we had received. I have never encountered discrimination and racism to this point, in a service establishment. The hostess greeted with eyerolling and sighing. Once we were seated, the waitress did not attend to us untill 30 MINUTES had passed. On a hot summer day, we didn't even get water which is unbelievable. We saw everyone around us getting served before us, eventhough they had arrived after us. The manager was walking around greeting everyone, he had skipped all the tables with non-white customers. The most humiliating scene was created when the manager saw children's cart parked beside our table. He kept pointing and saying "it's not allowed to be here", eventhough we saw several families with it. The manager was very unprofessional and had an "entitled" attitude.
HIGHLY HIGHLY not reccomended, would never go back.

I can't speak about the establishment itself or the staff inside. My wife and I ordered from and picked up at the takeout window. The lady who served us was friendly and the food was ready in a timely manner.

As for the food itself. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of what we got given the price point and wait time compared to other establishments at blue mountain. I ordered the lombarti pizza and her the Caprese sandwich with an order of sweet potato fries to share. At $60 the pizza and sandwich were above expectation. Healthily piled with the toppings we were promised and the order of fries came in quite a bit heavier than expected as well.

10/10 will dine again. By far the best bang for your buck at blue mountain IMHO.

We came here for lunch based on a recommendation from a friend. We ordered poutine, garlic bread, margherita pizza, and Johnny Lombardi pizza. They were all delicious especially the two pizzas. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Went for dinner with my sister and our kids on Monday, August 9th.
The restaurant was busy.service was extremely slow. The food wasn't worth the $200 we paid. Waitress forgot to bring out our salad.brought it out as we were finishing up dinner. Would never go back.

A must for food in the village. Been in Firehall on both our visits to blue mountain now. Jeff the waiter is the most down to earth friendly staff In the village, and we were lucky enough to have him on both visits. Food was delicious both times even for my vegetarian partner. Manager was friendly, staff were amazing, food was great and they are attached to a chocolate shop. All of which are wins in my eyes

Pizza came out cold. Upon telling the waitress, she calls the manager and she says, ”the plate is hot. ” Then continued to make us feel like we were complaining for nothing. While the others in our family got piping hot pizzas. You’re a pizza joint, at least do that right.

My wife and her friend went here and they told to wait for 90 mins. In the meantime they picked up snacks and then were subsequently given a table before the 90 mins were over. However the staff and the manager were rude and for no good reason insisted they throw their snacks even though they were packed and unopened. I don’t know who these people think they are because why should anyone have to throw food they are taking back to the hotel. Of course we will spread the word among our friends and make sure no one ever eats in this lousy establishment.

A must if your coming to Blue Mountain Resort. Great pizza. Delicious, friendly service. Ordered the pepperoni pizza and meat pizza. Great tasting. Diffentanly worth it. Not overally sauced. Don't miss out. They have a convenient takeout window as well. 4.7 rating.

The margherita was just about bearable, the chicken club sandwich okay and the nachos disappointing. Given the crowd there I assumed the food would be above average but it's also possible we ordered the wrong things and hardly enjoyed it though we were famished.

Nice view and ambience on the their outside patio. The food took a bit long to come but was tasty. Would recommend the Margherita pizza.

100/10 score! I am a person who believes pizza has a food group of it's own. Our lunch was amazing and pricing was fair. This is a must in the Village

Portions were surprisingly larger the expected. However, the overall experience was a disappoint. Patio tables are on the small side leaving comfortable space for one plate per person. The kitchen put up our mains shortly after our appetizers and the server brought them out. This left no space to eat and the mains got cold while we finished our starters. Overall, the food was good but it felt like they are trying to rush you through your meal.

Great service. Very hard working and accommodating staff. Got pizza and salad to share. Very tasty. Oh yeah, and alcohol. Caesar was very refreshing and spicy.
