Firehouse Subs

Staff are super welcoming and great at explaining the menu if it's your first time there. I absolutely love the customer service here! The food tastes amazing as well. It's definitely a step up from Subway sandwiches!

Great customer service and delicious food! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when discussing gluten-free options. The manager also mentioned that the mayo contains bread crumbs, so suggested that I skip the mayo and have their mayo packs instead.

The subs were packaged well with numbers for each sandwich and the GF bun was clearly marked. Each sandwich was wrapped in paper, then boxed for easy take-out. All of the subs were delicious and full of fresh ingredients. The buns were much better than other sub sandwich places and the GF bun was soft and tasty.

Everyone was always smiling and engaged from placing the order to picking up at the end of the counter. Great experience and will return!:)

Everything was great.
The customer service was good, and the food was good, but the pos was not able to add my points to my account. The app was down as well. I spend over $120 each time I go there since I have a big family. I just wish I was given an option to add later.

My Uber eats order keeps getting cancelled even though the store says OPEN. On Uber eats, the store closes at 9: 40pm. I place my order at 9pm and it goes through by saying "order received". I then get a message from Uber that says "sorry, firehouse subs could not fulfill your order". I called Uber and they said that firehouse subs is CANCELLING the order. Why? The store is open till 10pm. This happened so many times it's so frustrating. I would appreciate a response from the owner.

Treated my hubby to lunch and was not disappointed by the food or service. Tried the limited time Thanksgiving Turkey sub, and it was unbelievable good. Would highly recommend this sub and location.

Yesterday I had large engineer sub with chicken and it was amazing.
Staff was decent and friendly, they prepared it very well as per standard.
It was perfect portion too

Subs were great and delicious however I orders combo with brownies but no one gave us and I understand that we have to take it from front but there was only one brownie and I expected we will be provided with subs when they were packing

Tried this out for the first time. Cool concept and decent subs. Pricier than Mr. Sub & Subway. Better in-store dining experience though.

I attended this location today. The staff was impatient and rude while I was trying to figure out what to order. They also ended up getting my order wrong at the same time. Waste of my money.

Great food but not a regular meal, more like an occasional treat. Hands down the most expensive sub on the market - kind of like Quiznos when they first opened.

Prices went up but portions got smaller. Sandwiches look deflated, like they came from Subway. Taste is still good, but an unfortunate change in direction.

Super unfriendly staff, they never say hi to you unless u said it first, always looking upset they never smile or at least look friendly to the customers

I understand masks are no longer mandatory, but this is the first firehouse sub I've been to where the person making the food did not have a mask. Even more disturbing, they kept talking nonstop as they prepared my meal. Very disrespectful to the customer and the times we are living in. I had to throw out my sandwich as i did not feel comfortable eating it.

Poor English speaking server, would rather talk on the phone than serve, corned beef fully involved with provolone means no provolone nor has it seen provolone in the last decade, only a choice of bread no topping choices no masks.you might want to check out Mr Sub just down the road.half the price, I'm not impressed.

Pepperoni Meatball Sub is the only way to go, never dissapoints and is always delicious. I get it made with onions in it as well, give it a shot you won't regret it!

I have had Firehouse several times and they always have been good.
Today went to this location and it has to be the worst sub I have ever had from Firehouse.
The bread was so hard couldn't eat it. The bread was probably stale to begin with and they toasted it to an inch of its life. Also it looks like they just slopped everything on the stale bread. I will never go to this location again.
I would give no stars but had to in order to post review.

Very good sandwiches, Firehouse always comes through with a great product, you can't go wrong with them for your $$.

The subs are decently priced given the costs of everything else. But the content of the subs are delicious and so generously filled! Definitely will come again

This location does an excellent job. The subs are picture perfect. I've had the same young man make my sub on two occasions. He is definitely delivering what firehouse subs expects in quality and customer service.

I've always been a great fan of Firehouse Subs. Tried out this location for the first time via UberEats. Ordered the Hook and Ladder (large size). It was great as expected. Only bad thing was the order came and the bread was somewhat soggy. Other than that, still a fan.

If you're super hungry, get the 12". If you have to work after get the 6". Didn't feel like working after. Haha.

So I Absolutely love your Steak and Cheese! We (the fam) get it all the time! My only reason for rating 4/5 instead of full 5 is, I have waited over 20 min for 2 subs on more than one occasion. Also I have yet to actually get all my subs correct. One is usually missing toppings and even paid for toppings. Today I got my steak and cheese with no peppers or onions. My son has the plain one: (. My suggestion is confirming with customers as they dress it or making the sandwich making viewable. I’ll still keep coming because it’s out fav.:) just hate being disappointed when I get home.

I went here for the first time this year, the subs are absolutely next level. I've been back a few times and have never been disappointed. It's hard to go back to other sub places, the difference between this place and others is equivalent the fast food vs restaurant quality. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

What's not to love! These are the greatest subs ever! Not only are they delicious, some of the proceeds go to firefighters! Yes they are a little more priced the subway but SOOOOOOO worth it! The only problem I'm having is only choosing one sub. So every time I order 2. Have had almost every sub on the menu and haven't been disappointed yet! Friendly staff and quick and clean. Just wish there was more Firehouse Sub shops! Love love their subs!

Steak and Cheese was dry, toppings did not spread across all the bread. Overall not the Firehouse quality I have experienced at other locations.

Excellent subs! First time visit - was very impressed. High quality food and very good service. Tip - at the time of this writing, if you sign up for their newsletter you get a free large fountain drink (tried the cherry limeade - interesting taste! Probably have to try it again). Overall really good - I had the cheddar cheese and beef brisket. Lots of other great choices

The customer service was great and the subs are amazing. The bread is crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. They have like 20 different types of hot sauce. The decor makes you feel like you are in a firehall. Very cool place and definitely recommend it!

I am so happy that this mall is finally completed and various stores and restaurants are beginning to occupy the premises.

I decided to try Firehouse Subs for the first time ever. The location here is brand new and very clean and organized. I ordered the large NY Steamer combo. It came out to $19.00 after taxes and it included a donation to the “ Firemen” charity. The large was very filling IMHO. I may opt for a small sub on my next go around.

The sub was extremely delicious. You can get your pickle on the side which was a nice touch. The ingredients are a notch above a typical Subway sandwich. So I would not directly compare them because it would be like comparing a Big Mac to a burger from Burgers Priest.well you get the idea.

I tried their exclusive Coke Limeade and I did not like it at all.but hey to each their own right? I will stick with a regular Coke the next time around.

A+ experience for me all the way. I will try their other various subs later on.

Very friendly staff, this is probably the best sub place I have had. Was greeted upon entry and the cashier was very helpful when I was ordering I would recommend this place if you want to try some amazing subs.

It's a good sub shop. I'll never go to subway again as long as these guys are open and it's nice to support your local firemen. The italian sandwich is my personal fave and I always enjoy the service. The staff are extremely kind courteous and super friendly

I have been here a couple times since opening and customer service has been outstanding both times! The subs here are AMAZING! Clean store, friendly staff, great subs.highly recommend.

Amazing food and service! Restaurant definitely doesn't deserve 1 star for being under construction.

Location is now open! If you haven’t had an opportunity, I highly recommend you try Firehouse Subs. I’ve always had an amazing experience! Each sub is crafted with care, which translates to a tasty meal. I had the New York Steamer - it’s delicious! The Turkey Jerk is also a must. They have a wide array of hot sauces and in-house made bbq sauces to complement your sandwich. The fresh baked cookies are great treat for the kids!
