Great place for a subs! Delicious and good attention! Was my first time eating here and I will absolutely come back!

Drink machine never has any choice other than a few standard flavours. Tables rarely wiped down as well

Absolutely amazing place to eat, staff are super friendly and the food is delicious.

Echoing reviews for customers with kids- not the best place. Kids combo has no vegetarian options, but on top of it, no accommodation made for kids who don’t want meat. Had to order a ham and cheese kids combo and take out the ham.

Love firehouse subs but 3 subs and 3 drinks came to around $70! Fast food is becoming unaffordable

I came with my family on Oct 14th at 10: 18 PM.
We ordered 4 subs, but all sandwiches were missing three different toppings that we requested to be added.
Also, I said no BBQ on the Brisket, but the BBQ sauce was added, and I couldn't eat the sandwich.
Bacon and turkey were missing.
When I told the staff that toppings are missing in all my subs, bacon is missing in the turkey sub and BBQ sauce is added to the brisket sub. The person who made our sandwich looked at me very strange and appeared upset. Also we asked for extra lettuce and extra tomatoes but this sandwich make it did not even bother to put extra.
We like firehouse subs a lot but we will not go back to this location.

Well it was a fun place to visit last summer but now a day it is very dull. Moreover it feels like everyone makes a sub in a different manner, sometimes there is more lettuce sometimes less.
Earlier they used to say welcome to the firehouse but it seems they stopped that too. A lot has changed. The manager is rude if you ask her for something after you made the payment for the food.

The food is always wonderful, but the service is sometimes a little rude. But, what to do.not every day we're fine, right? But the food makes up for it.

I love firehouse subs but this place always forgets my pickles.

Maybe from ordering online but such a small thing.

Must gets are the turkey bacon ranch, meatball, and hook and ladder.

I'm always wildly impressed at how good Firehouse subs are. This isn't a sub I could easily replicate at home and it's far beyond other take out subs. If you're in the area looking for somewhere to stop in for a quick bite you won't be disappointed!

Delicious. Awesome experience. You walk into the shop and immediately the deli aroma makes it clear that this is going to be a fantastic sandwich. Had the New York sub. Highly recommend.

Went to the stockyards location on Sunday, ordered a large sub, meat was pathetic and the bread tasted like it was two days old, took mine back to the counter where staff admitted that the bread was stale and two days old for the large. Absolutely redicoulous when the bill was over 40 dollars for my wife and I. I got a refund and will never step foot in a firehouse sub again.

Is this place under new management? Steep decline in the last few months:

yeah few months later i came back, guy was cleaning out trash and didn’t wash his hands when making sub- i walked out without paying and won’t come back

First time we tried firehouse subs the ambiance great, the sandwich too yummy? The girl behind the counter was just extremely rude. (If you can’t just be nice/decent to people, you really shouldn’t work in service).
Been here multiple times and it’s slowly just gotten worse every time with different staff and what not.
Would recommend trying a different location.

I loved the customer service there. The employees were so nice and welcoming. I received service and meals were tasty too. The place was nice and clean. One of the girl was very nice and welcomed me with smile and positive attitude. Overall, it was good experience there.

You could order anything off the menu and would never be disappointed.
Recommend the meatball or the sub club.

I got the smokehouse brisket with cheddar and I didnt want the sandwich to end. Hands down the best sub I've had in years.

Way overpriced for their subs and sub combos. $34 for 2 sub combos is pretty ridiculous! Subs are okay at best and 2 lil bags of chips and soft drinks. Definitely will being going to some other places for a way more affordable meal and better quality too.

I've been to this location a few times and am never disappointed, incredible customer service here. I had a bit of an issue with an order and Chelsea corrected right away. This location is also always timely and keeps their space clean, which is especially important during a pandemic. Would definitely recommend coming here!

There’s subs, and then there’s firehouse subs.this place is AMAZING. I call ahead to avoid the lineup sometimes and they always take my order without any hiccups. Their service is accommodating, clean, friendly, and the Beef & Cheddar Brisket and the Club on a Sub is just.chef’s kiss. 5 stars, highly recommend.
Shoutout to Austin & Chelsea at this location - you guys make the experience even better.

1st time visiting. Boyfriend and I got the new York steamer and the smoke house brisket and cheddar. We split both subs and I can def say well be back. Hands down best subs. Way better then subway.

We came in today to buy a couple of subs after a long hike. Both of us ordered the Steak and Cheese Sandwich- it was huge so I saved half of it for my sister. Hours later both my sister and I got diarrhea so we suspected it was the sandwich from Firehouse Subs. I asked my friend whom I gone with to the restaurant and he said he had diarrhea as well. Case closed.

Very unfortunate that the food they served gave us diarrhea because we heard very good things about this fast-food restaurant.

First time at this sub shop staff very friendly. Had the New York steamer sub and every bite was delicious and very satisfying will definitely go back from now on.

Another smash hit from Firehouse! Hands down the best option for catering your event. Not only is the food delicious, but the presentation is also picturesque. They also make their own barbecue sauce, as well as sell locally made hot sauces. The pickles are also a hot commodity! Special thanks to Adam and Patrick for helping with the order.

I went with my family and we felt like we were being pressured to give back the trays even though we were still eating and we were only there for 15 min. Theres no need to keep asking if were done it makes people feel uncomfortable, especially when it's two workers constantly asking. We have been there many times but wont return.

The menu is great, variety of decadent subs to choose from. But Whitney just spoiled my experience as she seemed to pressure me to order quicker than I hoped to.
Not a good experience today. The variety of subs are excellent but the customer service of this particular lady was not. Hence 2 stars for bad customer experience.

Firehouse subs is awesome. Their ingredients are fresh, the service is friendly and the subs are out of this world. I hold them far above a Subway or Mr. Sub, and especially over Quiznos. Only complaint was the bathrooms were untidy at this location. Other than that it’s awesome. One thing that each location does is yell welcome to firehouse whenever someone enters, not needed but I get the point.

The Male manager at the restaurant is extremely disrespectful. Would not recommend this location.

Hands-down the best sub you can buy - light years ahead of 'sandwiches' from Subway or Mr. Sub. You should try to go in and order it in person, however, as the quality can be affected if you order from Uber Eats. These are best eaten fresh.

Amazing tasting subs! Blows subway out of the water! Fresh tasty bread, delicious sauce and lots of variety of meats. Beef brisket is mindblowing.

I initially went in here thinking it would just be another mediocre sub shop like subway, but its not at all, This sandwich shop is phenomenal. Dawg, the amount of meat they slap on the sub is pretty bless. When you come in bozzled its elite yo. Would slide thru again.

Very clean and friendly staff, got a large hook n Ladder sub combo was well worth it what I paid for. One of the best tasting sub I've had in a long time. This place is hands down better then subway.

Like the other review mentioned you’re greeted by the entire team in unison which is pretty cool! The service was great, the food was also great! My only complaint is the cheese was a little rubbery tasting on the meatball sub but otherwise I was super pleased with my meal 10/10 will definitely come again.

You're instantly greeted as you walk in, by the entire staff in unison. The interior is quite cool, very on point with the firehouse theme, kind of how I imagine where firemen have their family meals together. The prices are a bit more than Subway or Mr Sub, but the quality and especially the flavors are a lot better so I would say it is worth it in that sense. They have what I like to call their "Hot Sauce Bar" which has a wide variety to choose from to use which are labeled by their heat level from 1-10. There are free refills on fountain pop with also a wide array of flavors to choose from.
I'd like to note that the exterior has images of the sandwiches which made me think the bread would be like hard French bread or something, it is not (which I greatly prefer).
Meatball sub is out of this world and has an aroma of authentic pizza (which makes sense as to why they offer pepperoni with it). I also have been able to taste their classic Hook and Ladder (Turkey and Ham, it was very delicious) as well as the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket (beyond expectations, not usually a sandwich I would go for, but it is now!) and my taste buds were quite pleased with them all. 10/10 would recommend!
