We come here all the time but the guys working may 9th around 6: 30 were all so friendly and helpful. I just want them to know how awesome they are lol I don't know their names but I just want them to get some recognition

Firehouse Subs Oshawa is the best always making my welcome blessed. Destiny and her team are awesome as always and they never fail make the best subs each time I visit, definitely will be coming back to try Destiny’s Italian with jalapeños!

Well I drove far to get this sub and I asked for hot peppers and pickles. I get home and there's tomatoes and onions on it. How do you get tomatoes and onions out of me saying pickles and hot peppers? Completely ruined my sub and they are not cheap. What if I was allergic to those things? Not impressed

Three strikes and you’re out. Last night’s meal was the third time I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered the spicy cajun chicken with no lettuce and jalapeños and wanted black olives added. I received what looked and tasted like tuna salad. No spicy chicken, no Monterey jack cheese or black olives. The chicken was bland, lettuce, mayo and onions. I will not waste my money here again. At least at Subway and Mr Sub you get what you asked for and for half the price.

This place can’t seem to get it right…make subs incorrect and don’t fix mistakes even though receipt shows what you ordered and they made something else, tell you it will be ready in 10 minutes yet it takes 30-40, employees are ALWAYS talking and laughing while people wait for them to finish personal convos to start making their food, managers have no clue what they are doing. Used to be a great location but they have completely dropped the ball on all fronts… you know it’s bad when subways service blows these guys out of the water. Still waiting for. Manager to call me as promised…that was December 10th.

They used to be really good. The last 2 times it has gone downhill. There is more fooling around tonight than working. When I got home after spending 30.00 on 2 subs the one sub was made completely wrong. Things I asked to have on it weren’t and things I never asked for were on it. Spending this much for 2 subs you expect it to be right!

This location was one of durhams first. And as I suspected it would start to fall apart. The welcome to fire house as you entered when it first open was amazing and now if you don't get completely get Ignored maybe one employee will mumble the greeting super low. The pop machine is almost always out of multiple products or ice? Isn't working. Tables seem to be dirty all the time with 6-8 employees on duty how is it possible.that said food it 8 out 10 for subs

When Firehouse Subs first opened I would definitely have given it 5 Stars, but not anymore. In the beginning it was a Great Atmosphere and Great Staff. Now not so much. Tonight I came here and the two people that ordered after me, received their Subs first, and after I inquired about my Sub I received it and it was a mess, that ended in my lap.
I Seriously doubt that I'll ever come back to this location again.

Just stopped by this location to try out their new sub. I always receive excellent service and food from here. Today I was helped out by Juda and Xander. They were extremely friendly and encouraged me to donate to the great cause this chain supports. I really appreciated their service. Thanks a lot, I will definitely be returning!:)

My wife and I have been eating here since it first opened, they do a great job we’ve never had a issue with the service or the food

Missed four soups and my sons sandwich. They expected me to come and pick up the missing items. Isn’t it the restaurant that packs the food? I will never order from Fire house again. Very disappointed

Horrid service. Dirty and the person at the counter shouldn't be in the service industry. Or hold any job that requires human interaction.

I will never come here again. Used to be decent, but they have gone downhill, fast. My family and I walked out in disgust.

Awesome place for subs. The sandwiches are always fresh and filling. Best part is that I can get as many pickle wedges as I want. Service is always top notch; the employees are happy and enthusiastic.

I just had the half and half, the sandwich is as great as expected, the chili was not too bad. The issue is the sandwich was not a half, more like a little more than a quarter. I wished I read that it was a medium size sub that would be halfed, I assumed it would be a large sub.still hungry

We placed a family order for take out. We drove home (about 12 min away), and opened the packages to realize they forgot a sub. When I called and explained the situation, I was told yes we have the sub here on the counter. I said ok my wife is on her way back. The person on the phone says “that’s great”. I said it’s not great, but please let the staff know to expect her. The answer to that was “cool, cool! ” What type of customer service is this? Not even an apology over the phone. Someone please explain phone skills to the staff. Also when you have a checklist (receipt) in front of you, and you even call out the order back to the customer when handing the bag over, how did you miss a sub? (To give this employee credit - my wife said they were very apologetic and sincere. Maybe I expect too much? To the employee involved on the phone, please try to improve your phone skills. I am not sure if management has changed but even when people enter the store it seems like no one likes their job!

Firehouse Subs every restaurant I've been to same outcome quality subs for high price but they're so good guess you pay for the quality and the taste

I only recently started going here after hearing good things about it. Love it so far. I have tried several subs and liked them all. Friendly staff too.

Came in just before 8pm on a Saturday night.i found the staff very rude and it almost felt like they were judging me, every single person in that place seemed like they absolutely hated their job.i also got a cheddar broccoli soup… worst idea ever… don’t get the cheddar broccoli soup: (

Too messy and badly cut sub the other locations are superior. The owners should go to those locations and take notes on their prep and quality.

We ordered because firehouse subs was predictable. I ordered the feature club sub, however, I got 2 bottom buns and the bacon was not peppercorn bacon. We alo ordered side orders of hot sauce that did not come.
I did speak with someone at the restraunt and she was willing to remake the sub and send the sauce if we ordered a cookie.
This would mean paying a delivery pay again and paying for a cookie and waiting another 30 min.
I did like the Pickle.best part.

Love this place! The subs are fresh and delicious. I asked them for one fire hat with my son’s order and they gave us extra! My kids are so happy! That nice gesture made their night!

Had a very good experience here with my kids. The food comes rapidly and the service is just fantastic. Prices are convenient.

I love the subs here. The only reason that this is not a 5 star is that tonight I ordered through Skip and this is the 3rd time that I have ordered a Coke Zero and received a regular Coke. I just ask that you check the order more carefully. Even if it was out of stock, the logical solution would be to either replace with a DIET Coke or contact the customer. Although 3 times is a little strange. If you don't carry it, remove it from your menu on Skip. My sub was delicious though.

Very clean and covid friendly. Delicious and filling, first time there and it won't be my last. Whole wheat bun was light and airy not heavy. Corned beef was flavorful without extra salt. Lettuce was very crispy compared to other big subway chain.

As usual, their subs are quite delicious. We got the NY Steamer and the beef and cheddar brisket. It was recommended to us and so worth it. For three large subs, it cost us $47 incl tax. A touch pricey for subs, but they were quite large and very good.

Always a pleasure eating here. Consistent and friendly staff - no question about quality in alignment to cost. Never disappointed. My fave sub is the Firehouse hero.

I love the subs here I wouldnt go anywhere else for a sandwich been going here frequently for the past year never once had a bad experience

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I love how the service is always great and they keep the spot neat regularly. Rates are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

Excellent customer service - fun & friendly staff. Sandwich was very good, but cost $16 for the smoked beef & cheddar not including a drink. Would ask for less bbq sauce on it next time. Also, while I was waiting for my sandwich to be made, I found an old photo of my father hanging on the wall which was pretty cool.

So my Daughter and I went to firehouse subs for the first time today.

So.first of all.the staff was kind and friendly, the service was fast, 6et efficient.the decor definitely had a firehall type of feel.and they have the same drink options as the movie theater!

Ok ok.so now for the food.

The portions.are enormous. I couldn't even finish it! The chopped salad was also huge and packed full of veggies.
It is a little pricey but your literally getting what you pay for, for once!

Everything was super fresh and delicious.we ordered a meatball and a blt sub so we could split them.

WOW! LIKE HONESTLY WOW!
it was the perfect pay day treat!

And my Daughter was named honorary fire chief before we ever reached the counter!

I highly recommend it!

Can't get a better sub anywhere! This place reminds me of what Quiznos should have been.

I've never had a bad sandwich from this place, actually I've never even had a mediocre sandwich from here either.

The employees are always friendly and always "on the ball". The service matches the food quality (both are exceptional)

If you want a fantastic sandwich, this is the place!

Stopped by for lunch and once again, was totally satisfied. Friendly staff, quick and efficient with order taking, got the order right, food was hot and very tasty! Prices are a bit higher then their competitors but subs are better, fresher and very filling! I highly recommended this restaurant.

I was not impressed with this company as it was my first time. I ordered a large steak and cheese with mushrooms. The order taker was not friendly at all. In addition, it took a while- around 10 minutes. Lastly, the order was luke warm. Will not be back and sadly it was a waste of my hard earned money.

The atmosphere was so amazing, I purchased and very much enjoyed the Italian (medium) so beyond good! Thanks firehouse subs!

Had this insane sub places creations like 12 times.not the cheapest but good god worth every penny if you like the best of the best like me. They knock it out the park.

Firehouse subs is the best sandwich shop in the world.dont let the price scare you because once you bite into their brisket sub all of life's problems melt away like the cheddar that cascades off the sandwich

This place is totally awesome. The sub is fantastic. Great service. Staff are friendly & helpful. I have already visited many times and never get disappointed. They are consistent.

They give you a whole pound of meat and it's a WARM sub not cold like say subway, but it is a bit more expensive then subway.

Great food, staff, and atmosphere. Couldn't ask for more friendlier staff. Customer service here is always top notch. I asked to edit a catering ordering at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me without hesitation. Plus, they have the best subs in town! Especially the pepperoni topped meatball sub! I'm drooling just thinking about it

The subs are great! You can taste the individual flavors in them (not like other sub joints). I'd also like to add Heather is always smiling when we come in and a joy to chat with while we wait for our subs. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ordered the original sandwich and it was delicious. Neat history as to how it was created and corresponding atmosphere with the fire theme.

Always greeted. Always cheerful. Well made food. Tasty. Servers polite, helpful and quick. One of my favorite places to eat.
