This goes to the manager working at 6: 50pm on Nov 21 during the freezing rain.

Every other restaurant ignored the request. Firehouse sub went above and beyond.

I went for lunch on a friday. Got my order (of a single medium sub) 40minutes later. Many people who ordered after me got their sub before me. I understand that it’s busy and a high pressure enviroment but what I don’t understand is to get a cold sub 40minutes later. If it took that long you would expect it to still be warm, no? The food tasted great and wouldve been a lot better still warm, but that’s not the problem.

Maybe my experience is biased based on the garbage service I just received from Ogilvie location but here, right off the bat - manager/staff was super polite. No BS preferential stuff going on here and relatively quick service.

When I first walked into this Firehouse Subs location, I was immediately impressed by how clean it was. I think because of how clean this establishment was - I was able to smell the delicious food so much more! The few staff members greeted me with smiles and a friendly demeanour. I ordered two subs which didn’t take long at all. I ordered my subs to bring home to eat, and even after a 20 minute drive, they were excellently packaged up, still warm, and tasted absolutely fresh! I couldn’t believe how jam-packed my subs were with ingredients. I wanted to take photos, but my subs didn’t last long due to being probably THE BEST subs I’ve ever eaten! Total homemade vibes, and I can’t wait to return!

Firehouse Subs is an all-around incredible establishment that creates beautiful, fresh and HIGHLY addictive Submarine Sandwiches. This establishment puts other sandwich chains to shame. There is NOTHING better out there than a Firehouse Sub. A wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches sure to make anyone hungry for more. The gluten free options are excellent as my wife has a gluten intolerance, so its nice that she can enjoy these amazing subs too. This business gives alot back to the community and the staff are always very friendly. Skip the Subways and Quiznos of the world and stop in at Firehouse instead, you won't be disappointed!

Went for the first time today and it was excellent! Best sub I’ve ever had.
Had the meatball sub, flavourful, delicious! Rip, bland no taste subway.
Staff is smiling, friendly, place very clean. I recommended this place

We placed a pretty big order for the office. Everyone was happy with their sandwiches. I always get the meatball sub, but this time I got the hook and ladder. It was a really pleasant change! The sweetness of the honey mustard with the Turkey is so good!

Also, super worth the price. I’m shocked that this massive sandwich I took a photo of was so cheap. Thank you for such a great work lunch!

Firehouse Subs has the BEST subs ever! The staff are friendly and fast.
I had a bad situation with SkipTheDishes, and the Manager at the Innes Rd, Orleans, Ontario went above and beyond to help me and take care of me.
I HIGHLY recommend Firehouse Subs, not only for their service, staff & manager but, the great tasting Subs every time. The Subs are clean, huge and great tasting!

Really enjoy these sandwiches. I love they’re meatball subs. I’m usually a 12 inch sub guy at subway but I go with a medium at Firehouse and it’s plenty. Fresh and my wife loves it more then me. A bit slow but that just means you get fresh food.

Update: I’ve ordered several times after this review and am glad to see significant improvement in service so a well deserved bump to 5/5. Subs are still delicious.

Love the subs but they really need to work on the online ordering and pick-up system. I’ve ordered from this (Orleans) location several times already so I’ve been pretty patient. The last online order it stated that it would be ready at 12: 12 (20min after ordering), got there at 12: 20 knowing it would be late. Didn’t get my order until 12: 40. What’s the point of ordering online plus I’m now waiting in a room that’s clearly over capacity during lockdown.

The food is very good, ordered a club in a sub, but only 3 stars as the service and food prep is slow, 20 minutes wait for fast food is as long as a sit-down restaurant.

Used to love this place but they're stingy on toppings now. Here's half of my 16$ sub with roast beef, ham, Turkey, tomatoes, oninons, pickles, black olives, cucumber, hot peppers. Reminds me of Subway. (Won't let me post picture but half is just bread with nothing between other half has meat with tiny amount of veggies). Shame. Edit: last 3 visits were not up to par.

3 subs - 28 min wait time! Standing still! Not busy! Surely not on Fire! 4 staff on assembly table! Not Impress, very not impress!

Every sub I try I just end up liking it more than the last. The staff are all amazing as well. Online orders are quick and easy. Can't say enough good things about Firehouse! Keep up the great work, and I'll see you again soon:)

I've heard such great things so my expectations were high, unfortunately, so far to fall. First off, covid restrictions are still important but no one paid any heed to the number of customers. Shame. All sandwiches were with pickle on side, missing two. Bread had little flavor. I guess I like more toppings/variety. Disappointed with just the basics. My one kid had two bites and threw out the rest. I managed almost 1/2 a medium and threw out the rest. Third sandwich went untouched - all in all we generated some expensive compost. Sorry, never again.

Nice spot, great atmosphere, even in covid lockdown. The subs are tasty, I feel like they’re a little on the expensive side, I also feel like Quiznos taste better… but I would need to try more sandwiches.

My celiac wife had the gluten free option and wished wasn’t affected by any cross contamination.

Consistently great sandwiches, massive portions. First time trying this Orleans location on Innes and it was just as great.

Long wait and mediocre sub. Not worth the hype. MEH

Denis charbonneau is not fit to run a business. He approached me in a threatening way and made feel unsafe at his location & told me he doesn’t want to serve me at his location making me feel like he doesnt like my kind. Such a horrible experience

I was so Impressed with the team at firehouse subs in Orleans. Not only was the half sub - half snack packs delicous, the friendly smiles and care they showed me went above and beyond. They opened the store early so I could pick it up before my family and I had to be at my dads visitation and funeral.

I love there sub's. The day I visited here I got a great sub. That were super busy there that day. Took a long time to get my sub. This is also understandable due to the crowd. Long wate made me thirsty. So ask for a cup of water from 2 working individuals when I got my subs. Never got it. I have gave up and left. Three client wating with me who show me asking shook there heads.

While the bread is great, the star of these subs is the meat!

We have had the brisket, meatball, and steak and cheese subs and they were all great. In particular, the brisket was amazing and satisfied my barbeque craving in a convenient, handheld package!

My husband and son got the footlong smoked brisket and cheddar (their favourite) yesterday. We got in line to place our order before the dinner rush came. They have a hand sanitizer bucket right outside the front door. Everything is clean. They've cordoned off part of the restaurant so you have to enter and exit through different doors. The staff carefully follow all COVID protocols. Will definitely come again. Food is hot, fresh and tasty!
