Firehouse Subs Belleville Bell Blvd.

I recently visited Firehouse and was impressed by their exceptional customer service. The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my visit. However, the only hiccup was receiving a small pickle instead of the usual full-size one. This was an unusual experience for me, considering it was my first time encountering such a situation. Despite this minor issue, I appreciate the overall positive experience and will continue to enjoy Firehouse for their great service.

Can't say enough about the service, very polite, great service. The buns are great. I ordered the meatball asked for mild.still way to hot and didn't like the tomato sauce very strong. Hubby ordered what was basically an assorted, he didn't like the sauce and unlike competitors you don't get to choose. Not for us but you need to try it for yourself

The food is always great but compared to the oshawa location the staff here dosnt seem to care about their jobs the lady at the cash can barely speak English and they messed my order up.

Prices were fair and this place brings subs to an entirely new level. Neat stuff to look at and service with a smile too

Service was friendly, subs were delicious and overpriced. This would be a special occasion lunch type place.

Amazing subs, I recommend mobile ordering its so much quicker as they are a popular spot. Parking is difficult because of the location but that's expected.

A meatball sub for 16$. No drink. Absurd prices. Mediocre food minimal sauce and veggies. They prepare the food behind a closed counter so you cannot see what you get till they hand you a closed container.
"These places" that ask for a donation so THEY can take advantage of the tax break that YOU pay for so they get free publicity so they can reap their millions.
Cue "bot" response from "Anna". Yet everything stays the same.

Soooooo incredibly slow omg. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for 1 sub. 1 SUB! First and last time eating here.

Honestly cannot get enough of Fire house subs, try a different one each trip and absolutely cannot say enough good about everything.
Yes, the service may be a bit slow but it's because of how busy they are due to the delicious factor, I have been at less desirable fast food places and had to wait there too.anyway, keep up the great work/service and welcome to Belleville.

Appreciated the smaller portion sub (4") with side salad option. Allowed me to still enjoy a sub while controlling my bread intake.

Today I finally had time to pop in and try a firehouse sub.

It was honestly was the BEST sub I've ever had. I had the turkey bacon ranch on white, I did alter it a bit. I substituted the peppercorn ranch for Italian dressing. It was so fresh and warm, cheese was gooey.yum! Definitely worth the wait to be made fresh.

My hubby had the hook and ladder and I tried his as well.melt in your mouth delicious!

The staff were very friendly and professional.

I highly recommend trying this place.

Amazing subs really enjoyed the meatball sub only con I have is that their English isn't the best but no disrespect or anything I'd still go back everytime I'd say best subs in the local

Friendly staff, quick service even right at noon. Delicious food as always, very clean as well.

We wanted to try the new Firehouse subs. We ordered thru Skip, not sure if it was because they took so long to get to the house or not or if it was this way from the start, but our subs were extremely greasy, not that they didn't taste great better than Subway, but was it worth the extra money that is questionable.

I have been eating at Firehouse for years and they don't disappoint. This new location in Belleville was of equal quality on opening day, but we just had it again tonight and I'm updating my review to reflect the experience. They are by far the tastiest, most satisfying sub sandwiches I've ever had the pleasure of trying, but tonight the bun and meat were a little dry compared to what I'm used to and it makes a difference in the overall experience. The engineer and the beef and cheddar are my favorites. I still highly recommend trying Firehouse, I'd choose them everytime over Subway, Mr. Sub etc, hoping tonight was just an off night.

Blew my expectations through the roof. This place is brand new, extremely clean, very nice staff, very spacious area, and that's not even getting to the food. The food is all real and fresh and you can see it being made, it tastes so good, and it's actually really filling. It's not cheap, but it's fair priced. A bit over $10 a person for medium sized subs (25.something for 2), but they're almost 1000 calories and are about 9 inches in length (medium). Very girthy too, I struggled fitting it all into my mouth.

Honestly, this is a 10/10 place. The only thing that could be improved was the wait time to get your food, but it's not that bad at all, and they were understaffed when I visited anyway, so I'd assume it would improve up to perfect when more people are working.

The food is out standing my fire house salad was so huge i had to take it home. Really sad that there are lot of hindus that work there and the English is really broken. Huge turn off. They act like there a fraid to look at you and talk to you. There you keep having to ask them to speak up. They need people management skills training.

I ordered through Skip the Dishes. The subs were fantastic, really delicious. They were packaged well so they arrived fresh and not soggy. I do think they're over priced - it's still just a sandwich. But that being said they were really good subs and I would order again if I wanted a really good sandwich.
