Firehouse Subs Derry & Santa Maria

Don't bother going to subway or Mr sub when this is nearby. Cool firehouse atmosphere and really good food.

Firstly they overcharged us then they forgot to do one of our orders. Then once I ordered my own sub by the cashier I was later told off by what I think was the manager that I couldn’t mix between two subs which is not my fault at all as it was my first time here and then she had an open discussion in front of customers that the cashier was doinh something wrong when he could of been pulled aside out of customers vision, will no return bad experience

First visit and very confusing to order an Italian sub with what I want on it. Since you can't see what workers are doing to the sub, it gets mixed up. Very dry, and too much meat. Un- impressed. Back to Subway i go!

Order a half and half, chili wasn't very good, tasted old. Sandwich tasted pretty good, however, portion of meat was lacking.

Best sub and service ever. Never going to subway again. Did not realize subs can be this good. Again amazing service and truly made the sub with love. Thank you Tanveer for making the experience that much better. Cannot wait to be back here again.

I've never gotten a bad sandwich here. Lots of options.sometimes they can get a little heavy handed with the lettuce, but not a deal breaker

Had Firehouse for the first time last night and WOW! Had the Italian with Banana peppers and it was hands down the best sub I have ever had. Wish I bought 2 of them!

Food was great. Customer experience was piss poor. Walked in and someone else was ordering. Waited 5 minutes for that person to finish ordering and just as we were about to order the lady asks us if we could let the person behind us go so he could just “quickly” pay due to it being a pickup order. It took the same amount of time as if we were to just put our order through. Never have I seen this happen before and left us with a bad taste about the store. This could have been resolved by the woman who suggested this solution in the first place just to jump on the other open till and cash out the man herself. Rather than what it felt like picking favourites of who goes first.

I grab a sub from here every 1-2 weeks. Quality is consistent and all ingredients taste fresh. It can sometimes be a lengthy wait for the sub but this is often because they have many orders.

They definitely do not skip out on the meat. You will definitely be content with how much they add!

They also have lots of variety in terms of signature subs, veggies, condiments, and hot sauce. My favourite sub they have is the Italian sub - it won't disappoint.

They are a bit pricey, but well worth it once in a while because they actually load it with meats.

The only critique I really have is I wish they had more bread variety.

I am in love in their brisket sandwich. Excellent service they went the extra mile to help us.

My first time was not quite a charm - although I was very much looking forward to this, my first visit to Firehouse Subs.

Staff are very friendly and professional. They're very patient and take time to answer your questions thoroughly.

The Steak And Cheese sub was recommended to me at work and just sounded delicious. So that is what I ordered.

Prices are conveniently, from the seller's perspective, not posted anywhere. Not in the shop, nor online. Hmmm. I wonder why?

I ordered the large size and, well, it costed almost sixteen dollars! It was almost a foot long and comes in its own box. It still felt "light" - "light" for a sixteen dollar expense, that is. ($13.89 + HST). (Now I know why I didn't see prices listed anywhere.)

I returned home with the sub and cut it in half to share with the wife. It wasn't bad - it certainly wasn't the worst sub I ever had and it still tasted better than most in the competition.

It was replete with steak, but the cheese in question seemed a little skimpy. There were minute traces of mozzarella in there and, I suspect, a few dollops of that "pump cheese". Onions, dijon mustard and mayo were added to the mix for a not bad tasting sub. Additional toppings (lettuce, olives, jalapeno peppers et al.) are free.

They do include a sizable pickle slice for free - pickle, ogórki, gherkin - you know what I mean?

You cannot see them preparing your food. And there's quite a bit of packaging to throw out. Somehow you just get the feeling something isn't right because the sub didn't weigh much but was packaged to seem heftier than it really was.

Staff are friendly to a T, the place is spotless, the atmosphere is jovial but I just can't fathom spending almost sixteen dollars for a sub again.

Where and what was the "cheese" in that Steak & "Cheese" submarine?

Absolutely love the sandwiches from this place. It is a quick drive from work when I need it. Their price is great and I always round up so I can donate to firefighter related charities.

Wow.was not expecting these subs to be THIS good. Even my super picky kids thought these were amazing! Can't wait to try the other varieties!

We have always loved the subs from Firehouse. Todays experience was not the best though. I ordered the subs online and although I checked off that there was to be no cheese on one sub and no onions on another it didn't seem to get through to them. There was also a hair on one of the subs. The store did make a new one without cheese and hair but offered no compensation for the fact that we had to make the extra trip to have the issue corrected. Also I think the hair on the sub is a heath issue.

First time visit today. Had the Turkey bacon ranch sub and it was utterly amazing will return for sure

Love Firehouse but OMG can an order go any worse? They're not picking up so can't order in advance. In the car, so go in person order and wait. They give my order away to some one else waiting. So sorry. OK make me new ones. Bring them home and nothing is what I ordered. Waste of $25 for two large subs. Not going back.

Really enjoyed the Hero sub. The store has some really cool decor. Sub was at the higher end of what we've paid for other subs. But I could justify it with he amount of meat they put on the sandwiches. It was very satisfying. I definitely plan on trying other selections from their menu.

Waited 15 minutes while people ordered in front and my online hot food which was ready and sitting out when I walked in was cold when I left. Food is good which earned second star

Great tasting subs. Implants a neural memory for later craving. Obviously the meats are high in preservative salts like sodium. But fantastic taste and portions.

Bit on the slow side with service, but the subs are fantastic. The brisket is really really good.

I visited Firehouse Subs for the first time from a friend’s recommendation, I will definitely be going back there to try out more of their sandwiches. It was very delicious. I recommend asking for the pickled cucumber as well for a nice small treat while you’re eating your sandwich!

Totally got my order wrong, added wrong ingredients to both sandwiches. Very disappointed with this visit, have been to this location before with no issues previously.

Really good subs they take a bit to be made but they are for sure worth it. The deli meat and everything seems to be fresh and they give a healthy portion.

He told me he has a crush on one of his coworkers, Krystal, but he'd never admit it. This fun little secret made me feel like part of the firehouse family!

Omg what more can I saw about this place other than you will be sure to have a mouth gasm after having their subs. If I wasn't on a diet I would be eating there more often. The subs are flavourful and reasonably priced.

Had the beef brisket sub - a little on the pricier side but I think it’s the most popular on the menu. It was tasty but nothing crazy. Cool spot esp for kids. Fun staff.

Probably one of the best sandwiches you will ever have. The place is always busy and the staff are always friendly, my personal favorites are the Italian and the Club.

I was super excited about this place because I love subs. Subs are very disappointing for the price. Soggy and nothing special, it was overloaded with mayo and turkey was very bland. The way ordering works it doesn't feel as customizable as competitors where it's made in front of you. Decor is great and theme of firehouse works well, service is also good.

Both times that we have been there it has been really good. We look forward to having lots more subs over at the firehouse.

Now that’s what I call a sub! I was told to try the meatball sub and it did not disappoint! With great service, delicious food and a clean store, this place will be my stop first every time I’m in Milton!

The best sandwhichs/subs I have ever ate. Tried a couple of the menu and the steamer is my personal fave but they are all amazing.

I visited Firehouse subs on my birthday as I just wanted a low key lunch while I binge watched a show with my partner. We get home, have our subs and.it’s hands down the best sub I’ve ever had. The bread is amazingly soft. Additionally, both the sandwich itself and the presentation were delicious. I would go back. The beef brisket & cheddar is a must-have.

Woww wow wow these subs are! Amazing staff service and subs! Their quality and service beats any sub joint I ever been to! Comes in a cardboard flap it’s not cheap either free pickles too! ️
