Firehouse Subs Lansdowne Peterborough

Employee had several problems understanding what I wanted.
Asked for sauce on the side. Was not given sauce at all.
Asked for diced Cucumber and pickles. Received very very little of each.
20$ for this. Very dissapointed service was much better in the past.
Please train your employees and have some who can speak English. There's no reason I should have to wait for one person to translate to the other 4 employees.
Multiple employees were wiping their nose on their sleeves or arms while preparing peoples food. This was disgusting to see as my food was being made.
Have a conversation about hygienic practices with your employees.
I will definitely not be returning for awhile.

This is easily the worst beef & cheddar brisket sub ive ever had in my life. Its cold, soggy and has a pool of nasty in the bottom. Im honestly shocked. Ive been to many firehouse subs and id be embarrassed to tell anyone this was one of them.

Gosh the sandwiches are good. I went into the restaurant to eat for the first time today though. Strange that all the tables were dirty. I was the only person in there. They have good seating for singles on one side but that was blocked off, maybe because it was dirty and they couldn't clean it, kidding, they had 5 staff behind the counter not doing anything. Gave me my food to go, which turned out to be a blessing, cause I didn't stay.

First time trying Firehouse and as you can see by the stars it was very good, my only complaint (very minor) was that the "add-ons" weren't easy to find. They were listed on a small black cardboard table sign in front of the cash. Food was very good, portions big.

OMG! The bread is so delicious and freshest ⅞is so i would tel everybody i know to eat here

I would give a 5 star for everytme i visit except for tonight.ordered 2 full subs and one kids sub.
Sandwiches were terribly dry even asking for extra sauce on the subs the Cajun chicken lacked any cajun flavour even with the chicken and the mayo being Cajun
No mayo or any sauce on my kids sub just meat cheese and bread
Employee asked if he wanted pickles with our order and said no problem 3 pickles on there way as we ordered takeout and they never came with order and even marked NO PICKLES on bag
Have always loved firehouse even being the most expensive sub place but would give a 0 star for this evening.
Disappointed

Ordered on door dash and the bread was covered in water? Soaking wet and completely fell apart. Didn’t even get a refund. What a terrible restaurant.

Try to avoid going in between noon & 1pm, line up is huge! But the food is worth the wait!
