Subs at fire house are awesome and when i get service i get service no rudeness just nice staff.there is this one particular woman named Victoria who always has an beautiful smile and she has good positve energy.always welcomes you!

The customer experience was good. Very cleaned store. Ingredients were fresh. Unique sub choices compared to other sub shops. It's slightly on an expensive side, but well worth it.

Had the turkey sub with cranberry and stuffing, Really good. The staff were friendly. Great job

We usually go to the Firehouse Subs in East Gwillumbury but we were near Davis so we decided to stop here. It took about 20 minutes for our subs (2). Got home, bread was undercooked, one order was completely wrong. I thought maybe because it was a new location, they were still learning but I see they've been open for a few months. It's too bad but I think we'll have to stick to the East Gwill location.

Love their subs. The location worried me cause it is kind of small and I only seen 1 Asian dude working. But boy did he deliver.his sub was jam packed with goodness and he is the most polite man you will meet. Definitely will come back to this location.

Customer experience was really good. Lot more variety than other chains. All items are very reasonably priced. Very clean and everything is so much fresher. The bread was really nice and soft. I got an engineer sandwich and was worth it. Excellent execution 5 star

We ordered from here online and the sandwiches were amazing! So filling. Only suggestion is it would be easier to sort the sandwiches if the boxes were labelled. Will be back for sure!

I had a small issue where I was double charged when placing an order online and Jon took care of it promptly. Not only is the food delicious, but the customer service is great as well. A+ for this location!

The young who was the cashier & making the subs was very friendly. The one downside was that they didn't mark one of the meatball subs. They also didn't do the sweet & spicy sub.

Firehouse subs is one of my favourite places to eat, unfortunately this location does NOT live up to it's name. Such a shame. I feel like I'm missing half the ingredients on my sub and the meat is non existent compared to what I'm used to. I will never be back at this location again. Of you are a firehouse sub fan do not come to this location it will ruin your experience, and if you have never been to firehouse before definitely don't come here or you'll never be back to another firehouse ever.

I love this spot! I’m always here for lunch. The sandwiches always taste good. I love the team. Jasmin is an absolute sweetheart and always smiling. Stay amazing guys

Bbq sauce all over the container.
Mayo was literally everywhere inside, my hands are covered in mayo.
Pretty much gave up once It fell apart.

Firehouse Subs is an awesome food chain and this new franchise does it right. The service staff (@ 5/20/23 5pm) was blazing fast, super friendly (great with kids), perfectly helpful and bang on accurate.
My personal favourite item is the Club on a Sub but this time I got the Cheese Beef Brisket on White. Yes it's good. Tender, juicy, fresh beef that's topped with cheddar cheese and smokey BBQ sauce. This sub is a hearty messy delight.

The hero sub was also super hearty with a perfect blend of meats, provolone cheese, mayo sauce and veggies. An ideal sandwich

The staff was also kind enough to set up my daughter with a meat only dish of smoked turkey since she was being picky.

The prices are a bit high but they do support good causes. The personal care and friendliness here amped up our visit. The overall valued experience here is Great. Make a visit if you are craving and don't forget to round up if you can.

Not from Ontario, first told trying firehouse subs. I had the hook & ladder. Really enjoyed this. We need some of these shops out East.

Ordered 2 subs and a bag of chips, of course received no chips and the one sub was hard not even slightly steamed. The beef brisket was more bread than brisket. Good first impression on newly opening. Definitely stick to the one in East Gwillimbury for future.

Love how each location is customized for the area with a painting and firefighter gear from that area it's so unique! The staff are very nice and even remembered my name which is very nice! Subs were made made to perfection stacked high with meat and deliciously warm It's so awesome to have one near my house and near my work! I hope the staff keep up the awesome work thank you so much!
