Tried FireHouse Subs for the first time today with my toddler. The staff were SO inviting, kind and patient. Delivered the food to our table, offered Napkins and even brought my child a Fire hat. The sandwich was fresh, well made and delicious. Definitely would recommend
Waited 15 minutes for a sub, even though there was only 1 customer ahead of me and about 4 or 5 people working behind the counter. Two of the workers got into an argument that carried on into the back, and you could hear the one worker raising her voice, very awkward for the customers who have to hear that. This place seems to have gone downhill since I was last there a few months ago, so I will not be back to this location.
I tried the turkey bacon ranch and it was soso, the description has “thick cut bacon” and what I got was pre cooked grocery store paper thin bacon. If I knew that I would have ordered a different sub. These subs are not cheap so not sure why the bacon was meh.
Went here for lunch today and ordered 2 salads. Most of the lettuce in mine and my friends salads was brown and slimy. I also had two cores in my salad that were also brown. It’s safe to say we will not be returning here in the future.
Pretty poor hygiene habits. The cashier had gloves on, went to touch the drink machine (such a high touch surface) and then continued to make my sub without changing gloves… Three people working and such poor customer service. All too preoccupied with their own gossip to offer a hello or prompt service. I get that it’s a minimum wage job, but at least try not to snort all over my sub while you are laughing at your coworkers story…
This was my first time having firehouse subs. Let me say it was quite delicious. The staff who helped me was very friendly and attentive. And the food was very fresh. It has me craving it all the time.

I am very upset and disappointed. I ordered the Italian salad with pulled chicken breast. I paid extra for the chicken which is upsetting. Then I received my salad. There was hardly any chicken! Maybe 2 teaspoons so disappointed. Not hearty at all. DO NOT BUY THE SALAD. I will never buy it again, never! I've added a picture.
DISAPPOINTED! The food was meh but the real problem was the bathroom didn't have soap! DISGUSTING! I had to go in the other one just to wash my hands! OMG! I had the large steak and cheese and there hardly any onions and the meat was extremely salty and a bit dry. The bread was not nearly toasted.
Ordered two combos the Lg steamer and Lg Brisket combos.the steamer was returned twice due to extremly tough meat. I told staff and they replaced the first one and then the second one was the same. I notified them regarding the second sandwich but they couldn't be bothered they where too busy on their cell phones to care. Will never go back. I was a regular customer of firehouse subs but due to the customer service and poor quality of meat I will never be back
I just picked up an order which was placed on phone. When I arrived order almost ready. Fast and friendly service by staffs was there. Appreciate your time! I didn't ask their names but pick up time 14: 56 today. Keep up the good work. Thank you!
Sunday evening i ordered 3 large subs by phone for pick up for our family. The meatballs in my sub were burnt black on the bottoms and were hard. Very disappointed! I think the kids working there don't care that this was someone's dinner. Why would they even put burnt meatballs in the sandwich. Did they not stir the pot all day! What a waste of my hard earned money! Kids are cheap to hire.but these guys really dropped the ball this time!
There subs are fresh and very good. Good quantity of meats and toppings. They were tasty. Yes you will pay a little more here than their competition but its worth it. Staff were friendly.
